Good exchange rates and very friendly staff. No commission and a premium rate if you exchange over a certain amount. The location is convenient as it is super close to the train station and the city center.

Stole euro from me. Never go there. The old guy is a stealer he took my money and didnt give the change, then acted like he doesn’t understand me when the whole time we were talking english. Never come to this place. They selective scam people. Worst exchange in Prague go everywhere else but here.

DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU! They show the best exchange rate in the city but then they charged my mother in law, who is a foreigner (I’m Czech), €65 (for the service)!! for €320 that she exchanged! It's a hidden fee as well and can't be seen right away. STAY AWAY AND DON’T SUPPORT THOSE THIEVES!
