Where is the airport management! Don’t they go to this toilet. I was surprised when I got to this men toilet and saw this. There was someone in the next toilet offering this disgusting service

Stay away. Seats are SO close to each others in their planes that it becomes painful to fly. I will never use their services again.

Worst company I ever took in my life. They changed the outbound and inbound schedules without even offering alternatives. The return plane originally scheduled at 5pm was changed to 6:55am. No choice possible, they send you a simple alert a few days before without any explanation. This is clearly unacceptable. Second problem, no problem with the luggage on the outward journey. For the return trip, the lady at the reception desk spoke extremely badly to us, even threatened us and told us that we had to pay extra for a tiny piece of luggage. We explained to her that we didn't have to pay for the outward journey but nothing to do. She said that she didn't care and even threatened us that we would have to pay twice the price if we were not happy. Unacceptable...Pire compagnie que j'ai prise de ma vie. Ils ont changé les horaires pour l'aller et le retour sans même proposer d'autres alternatives. L'avion de retour initialement prévu à 17h a été changé pour 6h55 du matin. Aucun choix possible, ils vous envoient une simple alerte quelques jours avant sans aucunes explications. C'est clairement inacceptable. Deuxième problème, aucun soucis avec les bagages à l'aller. Pour le retour, la dame de l'accueil nous a extrêmement mal parlé, nous a même menacé et nous a dit que nous devions payer en plus pour un minuscule bagage. Nous lui avons expliqué que nous n'avions pas eu à payer à l'aller mais rien à faire. Elle disait qu'elle s'en fichait complètement et nous a même menacé de nous faire payer 2 fois le prix si nous n'étions pas contents. Vous devriez avoir honte d'être représenté par ce type de personne...

Thank you for always super quick services! Everytime we arrive from NYC in Prague on Delta, laguaguges are on the belt before we come. Same thing just happened on Swiss flight from Geneva. Plus the baby stroller is at the gate in super short period of time. Well done!

Please be aware, this company is hired by Prague airport to provide check in service for different airlines departing from Prague. Unfortunately, they don't train their employees, so they don't know which paperworks are needed for travel in covid times and they are asking for unnecessary papers, I guess they like bureaucracy and feeling of being important. They don't accept International certificate of covid recovery as valid documentation for travel to USA. Note, there isn't any direct flight between Prague and USA at least for past 18 months, passengers have to transfer at different airports, where is additional screening done and where are these same international certificates approved for continuous travel. If Prague airport wants to be world airport, they need to start properly train their employees, check on those third party providers, make sure their staff is knowledgeable, not rude and speaks English, which is another big problem at this airport. If you can, use different european airport, with direct flights to USA for your travel journey, my suggestion is Vienna, where they really know what they are doing.

One star is a lot. They never answer the phone and they complicate things to another level. Absolutely a useless structure!

Very bad company. My recommendation is NEVER FLY WITH CHECH AIRLINES. The worst customer service ever.

We arrived at airport at 6 am and went to Czech Airlines help desk. We had simple questions about our luggage. The women jus mumbled something so I asked again. Then she starts to bark at me and for every further question. Czech airlines, you should teach your employees basic manners.Worst airplane experience.P.s. strict 8 kg luggage policy is terrible.
