+ Doc Lukešova took me last minute although I made an appointment late.+ Professional staff+ Nice little clinic+ Easy to find- I thought she was just being nice and showing me how to look properly after my 13w old puppy but at the end I was charged for every additional service she did and also gave me products I was not asked if I want, or if I am ok with the price. Basically I was made to pay for everything she decided to do without a consultation of the prices in advance. I believe she is a professional and maybe she meant well but I would prefer different approach when I could actually decide or at least if I was asked whether I need or want to buy additional products or unnecessary services which was at the end up to 500czk. The more important than actual price is the approach to this matter what made me dissatisfied.

I am very satisfied both with the doctor and the nurse. They are calm, friendly and respectful. The nurse speaks English and the doctor also a bit, which makes it so much easier for expats. :)

A very professional small pets vet clinic in Smichov. Jana and Petra provide eccellent and very competent service. We are very satisfied with the help we got with our cat Myshka and our dog Daeneris. Jana and Petra are also very nice persons!

The vet doctor is very nice and explains everything thoroughly. You can see she likes her job very much.I walked in without appointment and was taken in in 15 mins. My dog didn't seem stressed there at all and the examination went smooth.If you are a foreigner, no problem. The nurse speaks English very well and the doctor a little too.
