Shisha quality is good but the Tobacco quality is horrible. They tell the customers that they have Al Fakher brand but they actually use different low quality brand! And they refuse to change it!!! Very bad service.Cesar Salad is good but the nachos were very bad!Also, we asked for still bottle of water but they brought the normal tap water !

We were the only customers in the bar, I have never experienced such bad and slow customer service by a lady. Who we found out it was actually the manager. She is very rude. We were the only 2 people in there, we ordered 2 cocktails and a shisha, got the cocktails after 10mintues by the nice gent at the bar, still after over half an hour the owner/manager was ment to be making our shisha however, she was at the bar standing there while we were still waitng, so we thought she forgot about it, we have waited for our shisha for about 35 minutes at this point, we went to the bar to pay for the 2 cocktails we had to then be told we had to pay for the shisha that's been ready but not brought out to us which was in the back, i would understand if it was busy however, we were the only 2 people in there. This was ridiculous. The lady told us we had to pay for the shisha as well, which we said no because we didn't get it, but because it was in the back ready that she made over 10 minutes ago but never brought it out to us, we had to pay. We obviously said no, and we would pay for what we have had. She didn't like this and said we still had to pay. The gent at the bar apologised to us, which was the only reason we paid as we felt bad. Should have known not to go in there, when it was empty, I understand why they don't have any customers

The mixologist here is second to none! He will make you the best Manhattan and Old Fashioned you've ever had! The hookah flavors are enjoyable and lounging on a bed while drinking is a fantastic idea. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful! When visiting the town square you must stop by and have some fun.

Great drinks, delicious tapas, luxurious atmosphere and nice staff members. We went in January and at first we wanted to take a seat downstairs, but the heating wasn’t working properly downstairs, the staff member warned us about it beforehand. We stayed upstairs

Very over priced in comparison to other cocktail bars in the area. Music was far to loud, we couldn't hold a conversation. Our drinks took over half an hour to be dropped to our table. When I order coffee it never arrived so we left. Maybe I nice place for sisha but I wouldn't recommend for drinks or good service.

The atmosphere was amazing downstairs. The idea of chilling on a beg without shoes, having shisha and drinking great cocktails was just amazing after a long day of sightseeing and walking. The service however was just horrible. It took us 30 mins atleast to get our shisha. We told them almost immediately that we didn't like the shisha flavor and the server said she will send her colleague to come change it but it never happened. They just kept changing the coal and that too after always a delay upon asking. I had to ask for water 3 times to get it after an hour. I also asked for the food menu but they never brought it and then an hour later when I asked again, they said the kitchen was closed and the last order was just 10 mins ago. I was hungry and furious but thanks to the vibe and the atmosphere, we endured the horrible service.
