Byla jsem na měření zraku zadarmo a byla jsem velice spokojená. Skvělý a hlavně profesionální přístup. Prodavačka byla velice milá a ve své práci se vyznala, dokázala dobře poradit.

As a tourist, I needed help from Grand Optical to repair my glasses as both my glass lenses had accidentally dropped out. The male staff at the shop helped to insert the lenses back into the spectacle frame. He did it as a free service with a smile. What a treasure you have in the courtesy and excellent service by your team at Grand Optical. If I ever need to make a new pair of glasses, this is the place to go to.

GrandOptical Palladium - is not only the best among all the GO offices, but the best place in customer service ever! Super polite staff, ready to assist/consult/explain everything you might need to know! 100/10. :) I am extremely happy with my new glasses that they prepared literally in just a few minutes after I came there yesterday (before I was waiting for more than a month from another GO office).I am totally sure that you GO Palladium Team do your job super amazing and I am incredibly glad to thank you again and again for your customer care!!! My wife fell and bent the frames of her glasses. The staff person there spoke English and was able to straighten her glasses at no charge. As a visitor to the city I would highly recommend this store. It is near the Prague Marriott hotel and also the Hilton. Thank you Grand Optical.

Perfektní a milý přístup optometristky. Profesionální pomoc s výběrem obrouček od slečny Jessicy a pana Zdeňka. Rychlé dodání - i přes velikonoční svátky a odeslání objednávky do výroby dodání trvalo týden. Doporučuji.
