Yeah, the ambiance might not be ideal, but the staff know their job and do everything quickly and very professionally. It is clear they all have a huge experience and you can trust them your nails. Awesome price / quality, one of the best in Prague.

I booked an appointment for pedicure through salon’s online booking system, confirmed via text message, arrived on time just to find out that my nail technician is not there and not coming any time soon. Another lady had the same situation with a different nail technician. It seems manicurists come to work when they feel like it. Not a good way to treat clients. Unreliable.

Everytime I come on with a different design request and every time I leave satisfied. These nails stay in top conditions for over 4 weeks. Great selection of color, super clean, and very professional work and attitude to clients.

The staff greeted me right away. They asked if I was happy with the nail art at every step, to ensure it was how I wanted. They smiled the entire time, and was so hospitable, despite the language barrier. I requested to have a more complicated nail design done, and they were happy to create it. The outcome was beautiful. I can tell that they are knowledgeable and good at what they do. I actually came here on accident after experiencing a really unprofessional treatment with a different nail booth in this mall. I am so happy that this happened because they turned my day around and I walked out happy with my new nails.

The worst manicure I ever had:- thick layer of gel polish- sloppy- very fast- the room for manicure was darkLady's name was Yulia. I don't recommend this placeAnd of course, I did not reply to your call, I am out of Czech Republic and my phone is turned off. I will send you photos of my manicure once I am back

The staff was very pleasant and cordial. I was very impressed with the pedicure. Other places I visited in the same area did not have time for me. Nail bar staff attended to me right away even without an appointment. I highly recommend this place.
