I had an issue in the past. Was purchased a ticket, but I saw in my bank statement that I was charged three times for it. Of course contacted the company and sent evidences. They promised that issue will be solved. Waited one month - nothing happened. So I call them again. They said this is still investigated. I realised that company would not solve the issue and contacted my bank and claimed fraud charge. The bank solve the issue only for two days and overcharged money was returned. The company staff never contacted me anymore as they promised. After this issue I stop using this company, and it even don't missing me.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I purchase a bus ticket to go from Vienna to Brno, the ticket said the location was a BUS STOP, it turned out to be a TRAIN TICKET. I called the agency, and not only they didn't provide me with an alternative, but they also KEPT ME WAITING IN LINE for 30 minutes and then said that wasn't their problem. I had to pay for another ticket that cost me double what I first purchased. To top it all the bus driver was very rude and unhelpful. I won't use your service never again.
