Beautiful castle / chateau that is full of history. Although the tour was not in English they provide a very good leaflet to read.

Beautiful gardens and castle which you can walk round. There is a large pond where you can feed the ducks and a playground for children. There are many animals to be seen around the place and the mini zoo is well looked after and a delight for children. There is a guided walk around the inside of the castle which is worth a look.

Very nice palace. Rooms are every one from different era/style. Most of equipment is original. Park and mini zoo are also fun, you can feed animals.

Really nice castle with beautiful courtyard and garden around it. Every plant has it's own name here. Café here is nice and have good coffee and deserts

Zámek Častolovice
One of our favorite places to go at least once a year if not more often. It's a beautiful chateau with a great restaurant. They have a park with mini zoo, a game reserve, a rose garden, a pond with ducks, and for kids a little playground. Next to the pond is a coffee and pastry shop. You can also purchase stale bread rolls to feed the ducks. Overall an awesome experience.

It's a beautiful place to go for a few hours. A lovely Chateaux with guided tours, park and gardens, a small but great animal zoo and a cafe servig coffee, snack and light meals in the Chateaux quad and a little cafe in the park grounds. There's also a small children's play park. Highly recommended.

Chateau and the gardens are fun to visit with children. In the main courtyard, there is a very cozy restaurant/cafe. Friendly and accommodating staff. Chicken noodle soup, cheese and ham toast were very yummy, and gnocchi with chicken pieces in spinach cream sauce were fantastic!
