Zoologická a botanická zahrada města Plzně

Very good experience overall. The Dino park is very childish and small and is only good for children but it is very expensive. Don't waste your money for the Dino park. The zoo is beautiful and has lots of snack bars around. Quite big and we needed about 5 hours plus as there are many many animals to admire. The lemurs are the best as they roam freely around you. That alone got our money back which is very fun! The birds look the most unhealthy in the zoo as the cages have been built too low. The birds are not able to fly at all. The leopard mother is very fierce but her 2 cubs are extremely adorable. Recommended to go if you are in that area!

The lady at the cashier in restaurant on the 5th February 2023. Around 12:30. She was so rude and in a bad mood. She even said something bad in a Romanian language to me.

Very nice zoo, cheap compared to Prague

It is a very nice zoo. We love giraffes and lions and tigers! The most awesome, though, we find the dinosaurs!The food at the dinopark was not very good, we will try some other place next time.The toilets were clean and easy to find.

An exceptional zoo, not only for the huge diversity of wildlife present here, but also for the care and dedication of the staff. The animals have vast spaces to roam in. It's a great place to vome with children as there are many playgrounds and other facilities.

This zoo is lovely. There is a lot of interesting animals. They see to be well, with enough space in most of the enclosures. The zoo is colocated with the botanical garden, so you could get a look at some plants when walking around.On a Friday in March, there was no crowd, so the visit was really smooth (except for some construction work - but that's reasonable that they do the expansion of animal pavilions in low season).

I really nice zoo for a good price. They were currently reconstructing the lion's den but we still got to see them. The descriptions were written in both Czech and English. I really liked their indoor expositions, terrariums and cacti expositions. The Asian gardens were also very interesting. There were restaurants all around with pretty reasonable prices. If you want a map, ask the cashier when buying your ticket.And this cute lizard stole my heart

Nice place! The inhabitants of the zoo are kept in cleanliness and care.

One of the biggest Zoos in CZ. You can walk there 10kms and enjoy space and many species. Part of the Zoo is also botanical garden. Amount of flowers is even more incredible than for animals. Yhere are thousands of name tags also well sorted to the geographical areas around whole world. And finally there is also a Dino park for kids with a big playground field for kids of all age. So you can spend there whole day with whole family.
