not sure where the negativity comes from, but I’ve had good experience with this school. As a professional working 9 to 6, I have appreciated school’s flexibility in scheduling classes in the evening and the 5 star customer service overall. 4 stars because the school could enhance its offerings by providing more practical application of language skills and add features like interview preparation or workshops that would be valuable. I’m sure this is already taken in account and possible now. I took classes in covid times.

As a student that took courses simultaneusly with my working routine I am more than happy with outcome and gladly recommand this school.Very good attitude and experienced skills.Thank you

There are dozens of language schools in Prague, don't choose this one.Edited to add: The manager"/PR guy seems unhappy with 1-star reviews

U této jazykové školy jsem absolvoval několik kurzů, jak pro práci tak i volný čas. Moc se mi to líbilo a pomohlo mi to v práci na obchodních jednáních. Příště využiju tyto kurzy znovu

I wish I could give them a zero. They ignore their teachers and do not pay them on time. Now they owe me money that still has not been paid two months later. Augustine is completely unprofessional and lies constantly. I have been trying to get in contact for almost a month now and I am still being ignored. I also know he has been keeping money from his clients as well. DO NOT WORK OR GET COURSES with this company. It has been a nightmare for the past 6 months and the way I've been treated is terrible.Edit: This is nothing but lies at the owner of this business. The review posted is an attempt to boost their rating. I haven't been contacted or paid in over a month. Plus the Martin Ramirez who posted all of these reviews blocked me when I attempted to contact him. Incredibly shady company. I'm going to contact the local authorities.ANY POSTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS LIES!! I have still not been paid the large sum I am owed and have sent several emails and called many times.

Please learn from my mistake and do not trust this school with your time or money. It has been a nightmare getting them to call me back or answer my emails or provide me any information. I have never had such a horrible experience working with a language school here in the city.I first signed up for classes back in November, but the first two weeks either other students were sick or the teacher was sick plus I couldn't connect to the link they sent for my online class. At this point I thought the school was a scam and was looking to see what could be done given how much I paid for classes.Then I was switched to another class where it seems like there was no assigned teacher because for over a month our 'teacher' was always sick and they either needed to cancel with less than 2 hours notice before class or they had a substitute who had very little instructions for what to cover with us in the lesson. We eventually did get a steady teacher for the course.This school has promised to deliver time and time again and every single time they have failed to deliver.

A great palce to learn and work!!!I took evening classes with JŠ Superb Learning for 2 years whilst living in Prague. I had an excellent experience, starting as a total beginner and progressing up to intermediate level. The classes really helped me to develop my confidence when speaking, and were really fun as well as educational. The administration of the school was also excellent. I have been working for the school since 2012 and I am aware that we have had some issues in the past few months, as it has affected me personally as well, but the owner talked to me about it in the saem way he did to all the employees, so I am very confident that management is doing everything possible to solve this matter asap.I just can't believe the comments I am reading here from people who have never set foot in the school or taken any courses with us, or the two teachers who taught a few lessons and talk about as if they have been teaching or working with us for years.Although, I understand your position, your experiences do not reflect the hard work and dedication that many teachers and office staff have put into building this business for the past 15 years.Team LeaderJŠ Superb Learning

Prosím pozor, tato škola je bohužel jeden velký podvod. Studentům naslibují kde co, a pak se kurzy ruší, přesouvají, mění se lektor. Sama jsem pro ně učila a byl to totální zmatek. Volali mi dvě hodiny předem, zda bych nějakou hodinu vzala, u kurzu, kde jsem učila, nezajistili náhradu, ač mi to slíbili apod. Už třetí měsíc čekám na platbu za hodiny odučené v únoru. Jsem v kontaktu s pěti dalšími lektory, kterým škola nezaplatila za odučené lekce. Víme také, že pan Augustin G. de la Cruz dluží peníze i jinde. S lektory zvažujeme podání předžalobní výzvy. Pokud má někdo další špatné zkušenosti, napište je sem, prosím. Musíme odradit další lidi od toho, aby se k nim jako studenti hlásili. Jazyková škola plánuje další kurzy, což absolutně nechápu! Zakázala bych jim činnost.
