Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial

Wonderful stay ! The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is very intimate which gives a lot of charm to the place. The staff is very professional, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast is complete and delicious!

Hotel with a great location when traveling with kids. The employees were very nice and tried to help with any question. The time at the reception takes longer, but the ladies there are always smiling and try to make the stay better. The room was overall clean. We had breakfast included and I must say that was the best breakfast I have seen in a long time.What I didn’t like is that there was a broken mirror on one of the closets, which would normally not bother me so much, but given that we traveled with a child.. this was a concern.The water temperature in the shower was also funny. Either boiling hot or cold, didn’t stay stable. Again here, not a big deal for an adult, but risky to shower a child. Kids corner was specious, but half of the toys are broken. I would recommend having less, but functional. And lastly, promoting that each child receives a little present upon arrival is a bit of a stretch. There is a teddy bear (clearly not washed) in the room, with a label “you can buy me new for 15Euros at the reception”. This is not a gift but a scam on the parents.

Trams rattle by from early morning till late in the evening. No shower screen, so the bathroom is a swimming pool in no time. The water temperature cannot be controled, it goes from scorching hot to cold. Very good bed and breakfast. Quite a walk from any restaurant.

Lovely hotel and rooms, but their attempt at smart features like automatic curtains and LED strip lighting around some of the features were less than impressive when it came to usability and reliability. Would still recommend as issues were sorted promptly and with a smile from staff and everything else is lovely

The most friendly and understanding staff out of all of the hotels I have ever stayed in. My phone dropped behind the wooden wall covering (entirely my fault) and it was recovered safely and quickly. Can’t thank you enough!!! Other than that very modern, clean, with great food. Highly recommended!!!

I need to say that I loved this hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and modern and the staff is so friendly. My highlight was the breakfast, it was so delicious and you can literally watch them cooking it in front of you. The whirlpool function in tue bath room is out of this world, you can play Billard and you get a welcome drink. Would definitely come back when I’m around

extremely noisy room, windows do not isolate the street noise.made us wait for a long time at check-out while they checked that we really did not take anything from the minibar.at checkin, reception said that you could not park outside, and we will get a fine. and offered an hotel extra pay parking. actually most of the street was with white line, suitable for everyone (paying during hours).the good thing was a nice breakfast

The room was beautiful and really clean, reception was open 24/7.Service in the Restaurant and bar were great aswell.Loved it there!

It's mostly good. As others mentioned, the decor is a bit over the top, but it's mostly nice. I loved the mood lighting in the room, which most hotels miss but is quite essential to me (being able to move around without putting full lights on is great). Staff is friendly and service-minded and I loved the jacuzzi bathtub.There's one big problem though - the sound isolation of rooms isn't good at all. I've stayed in Liberec to attend a birthday party, which meant I went to bed fairly late and I didn't appreciate being woken up by noises from other guests around 8 AM. This kinda ruined my otherwise very nice stay and personally I'd rate it as 3 stars, but since the hotel is otherwise very good and this issue won't affect most guests, I think 4* is an appropriate rating.
