Shocking experience as a tenant. The landlord was OK, but Flatios communication was rude, and they made several broken promises. Avoid at all costs.

Super helpful resource! Saved me tons of time as I didn’t have to communicate with the realtors. Everything is processed online, including payments. Highly recommended for the expats.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They misrepresent their terms and conditions. Cancelation at no cost 30 days prior to the beginning of the lease is completely false as the system forces you to stay at least a month. They do not reimburse the money, nor do they give you any vouchers for the service fee. They submit termination contracts as if you had signed them when you have not. Their system is designed to make you lose money once you advance the first monthyl rental fee. Be absolutely careful with the cancelations. You can cancel more than 30 days in advance and the system forces you to keep the lease for at least a month. It is a nightmare, no one ever answers the phone, emails, chats...

Very bad experience. Flatio takes your money and avoids all responsibility for terrible apartment conditions. You are left on your own to deal with landlords. We (a family with 1 little child) had an apartment with dirty kitchenware, mold on walls and despite numerous calls, emails did not receive a replacement or refund.

Your flat has mold in it? And you don't raise the concern within 48 hours/they don't pick up the phone?Well your stuck and your hard earned money will be taken by Flatio, and they will give you no support

I would never use Flatio again. The property I rented through them was not as advertised - in fact it had no windows! Despite being very helpful initially when booking and they were deducting the money, when there was a problem with the property, the lady was unbelievably rude, they didn't reply to emails and were dismissive. I managed to get a termination on the contract by mutual agreement with the landlord. They still charged me the full four weeks rent and they didn't reimburse me even though it stated on the termination contract that they were to refund 2 weeks. They do not answer calls or return emails. I think they are very good at website design but be very careful. They take extra fees and mis-advertise and will not refund. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many places. Flatio are the most unprofessional and frankly have been completely dishonest and incredibly rude. I would only use reputable, well known accommodation agencies again. I believe this is a scam.

'We vouch for all our flat offers! If one does not look like it does on the website, you will get your money back and we will arrange compensatory accommodation for you’.That is what they say. But despite us having images proving there was mold in the lounge, bedroom and bathroom (which is not in the images on their website). They have provided us with neither our money back nor compensatory accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

I recommend staying away from this incompetent company - at least their CZ entity. Our reservation was cancelled on the same day before the rental period began, leaving myself, my wife, two kids, and a dog without accommodation. I had already spent 1400 EUR for the first week of rent while I was searching for alternative long-term options. However, when I requested compensation from Flatio for this amount, all I received was 400 EUR, along with rude communication and legal threats from Director of Finance and Administration herself. I must admit that I'm quite surprised that companies like Flatio still exist. Beware!

Fare prices and great service, highly recommend! These guys saved my trip to Barcelona! :)

Flatio was very convenient to use. We were able to pay our rent online from our home country before we arrived. We were able to communicate with our landlord and ask questions before choosing to rent the flat. Check-in was very easy
