Great rental car experience - would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a car to drive around Czechia. The office was super close to our hotel so we were able to walk there. If you have luggage with you, just be aware that the office is up some stairs.Alex went through the rental contract with us and was very thorough and helpful. He walked us through the car features too since we’d never driven a skoda before. He changed the car language to English which proved helpful.The car was clean and felt new. We were able to drop it off at the airport (different than pickup) which was very convenient for us.

Taggart CZ staff were extremely kind and helpful at every step. We had a great experience with the car, which was very efficient on fuel and fun to drive. We did the pick up and drop off at the airport and it couldn’t have been easier. Will be a returning customer next time I’m in the country.

A very professional team, with high work ethics and an excellent customer service. Taggart is also one of the few agencies that work with new cars. The odometer in mine was at mere 10K kilometers and the car was brand new (2022)!If you're looking for a car rental in Prague, Taggart would undoubtedly be an excellent choice.

Easy to communicate with and they confirmed everything before arrival. I appreciated they had someone on hand who spoke good English and that the price included insurance - which I didn’t know! They got me a great manual car and it had USBC connections for apple play / android auto

Taggart staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and worked with my needs. Reasonably priced, and the car was great. I even went over my Kilometer limit and it was not a big deal. I will absolutely be using this service again when I return!

Made a fifth rental in ca 5 years. This one a little bit more long-term.Everything went smooth, the prolongation on a short notice was not a problem.When returning the car, there was a minor damage on one of the wheels, which was not marked in the original contract. I wasn't sure whether it was my fault or not. They checked the photos made before the rental and found out it was already there when I got the car, so no problem.I'm happy their system works and will definitely come back should I need to rent again.

Was about the rent a car until I saw they charge 2.5% fee if you pay by card! Never seen that in any other company. Also its not clear if they charge the same non refundable fee for the deposit as well. Their site says that YOUR bank will charge 2.5-3% fee if you leave deposit by card". My bank doesnt charge that and I doubt any bank does

I was taking a car for more than a week and everything went smoothly. Good communication and nice personnel. Insurance is included in the price. I got a very nice car with android auto which I really enjoyed. The only thing is that the car should be returned washed, which is a bit of extra work. Overall very positive experience. Definitely recommend this company.
