Terrible service by a grumpy waiter and our mozzarella panini and crispy chicken sandwich were served cold. The waiter still had the audacity to ask for a 10 percent tip.

Service was fast, the food was average and a bit pricey. The thing is they asked for tip in a very rude way, their trick is to add 10% on the bill without asking, just like robbing

We ordered 2 capuchinos and the waiter was awful with a strange and surprised face accepted the order, and when we ask you if there anything wrong, he told us the place was a restaurant not only to order 2 capuchinos.The restaurant was almost empty at 16:00, we decided to leave and cancel the order. Very bad serviceThanks to the waiter we went to another place and we save money.

I had a beer and no food. The beer was good, I see everyone was complaining about the foam on the beer. It is a normal amount of foam for a Czech beer. It was delicious and service was good. A little pricey compared to the rest of Czech but your in an airport in Prague, what can you expect?

Me and my colleaugues been traveling back and fort from Brussels to Prague for a few weeks. Staff is not honest.Yesterday it happened for the 2nd time in 3 weeks that they added extra beers/drinks to our bill that were not consumed. Waiters are pushing to get tips as well. Would not recommend going there.

the worst waiter in the world! the place was almost empty, it was 4 pm and I wanted to have a coffee with my husband. we ordered two cappuccinos (which cost 10 euros) and the waiter gave us a horrible look and went. I approached him to ask if something was wrong, because I didn't understand his bad face... and he told me it was a restaurant... Clearly he didn't want to give us only" two coffees. I told him that I didn't want them

Great service, food was served quickly, the waiter behind the bar checked in and if one waits for the froth to settle it’s exactly and inch to the rim of the glass, I have read a lot of reviews regarding having too much foam/froth give it a minute or two to settle.
