Endemit Boutique Hotel a Spa

We loved it ! Great location in the forrest/mountain (perfect for outdoor walks/runs). Hotel has all the comfort needed with a modern stylish taste. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff and cuisine looked like they were coming straight from best restaurants in the world ! The Spa area is one of the best we have visited so far with a big variety of saunas ! We can only but recommend this place !

Absolutely awesome place. Calm, nice, beatiful architecture connecting the modern minimalism and nature. The views from rooms facing the valley have amazing view. The staff is very friendly and nice. The menu in the restaurant seems to be the same for quite a long time. Given the fact we had people with lactose intolerance in our group, they had a very limited choice of meals. Please refresh it and make it possible to cook for people with food allergies on demand. We had a lovely weekend at the hotel. Also, wellness could have longer opening time.

5️⃣⭐️s for the beautiful hotel rooms, spa&wellness and the staff in the wellness, which is very nice. The food and vine selection is delicious.0️⃣⭐️s for the arogant and selfish operations manager and some of the restautant staff. For top hotel like this it is unacceptable to ignore customer’s wish to have a 30€ medium-well made steak with an excuse that ‘chef is not willing to prepare it this way’.

A great place with a few small nuisances. Starting with the good things: The location is great, mountain view rooms are awesome. The hotel has really good amenities with saunas, pool and yoga zones and the outdoorish restaurant is a pleasure to stay in. And the vibe is just right - modern, simple and cozy without being posh. The food - let's just say that the cook knows exactly what he's doing. The food is simply great. The staff is very friendly and tries to help but... The menus and ALL hotel documents are written in Czech, not a single line in English. Some people know English a bit, unfortunately almost none of them work at the restaurant. While they do try their best the restaurant service crew still has a few things to learn about a 4* service (handling wines comes to mind, looking after the patrons, keeping their composure while not understanding what they are being told). Fortunately, all of that is eclipsed by the atmosphere, food and views. Would go again.

We stayed there during the 1st weekend after the covid shutdown. Masks were compulsory in common areas; breakfast was handed to you acc to what you wanted. Due to covid restrictions, 1 sauna out of 5 is functioning & water attractions are off. Nevertheless, the weekend was amazing!!! New menu, clean rooms, gorgeous view, everybody taking care of us. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back.

What an awful experience. We came at 5:30 PM - the restaurant was completely empty and yet they said they could not seat us because they were all “booked for the evening.” There literally was nobody at the whole place. The waiter was quite rude and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience and as a consultant I usually spend 100+ nights at elite hotels. I suspect they have a massive issue with customer service - would really hope they find way to either train staff or remove staff that’s not on par with what one might expect.Save yourself the journey - you won’t be treated well at this place.

Staff doesn't yet understand how to run a high-end hotel. The hotel is new and well-designed which yielded the extra star. The breakfast is on par with what you would expect at a penzion paying 1/3 the price (and this is the same kitchen with 750 CZK tasting menu). Rather than relaxing music at this wellness hotel, you get loud local radio station playing with commercials and volume turned up for Spanish club music. Some of the staff speak English but nothing written is translated. Since I didn't want their wine spritzer as my welcome drink and asked for beer, they ensured that I only got their cheapest beer on tap instead of the one that cost 10 CZK more. We paid for a high-end experience and didn't get it.Oh and the director was taking external photographs of the property and the balconies with view into our room, while we are in there without any notice. Maybe they'll hire new management that can sort this out but I can assure I'll never go back.

Amazing boutique hotel: cozy and warm atmosphere. Kind and helpful staff, excellent restaurant and superb spa. Definetly one of the best experience ever. We’ll be back soon.

Really pleased with our stay at the hotel Endemit. Modern minimalist/industrial interior design, spa with pool, jacuzzi, multiple saunas incl. herbal with real herbs ;) excellent cuisine and friendly staff. Oh yeah and the nature is amazing here, if you are an outdoor enthusiast like myself you will have plenty to do :)

It's a wonderful location and the interior design is very well done. The spa facilities are beautiful. Breakfast and á la carte meals are very good, the latter on the small side. The one star down is for slow and at times unfriendly staff. There were exceptions but it did hurt the overall experience.
