The workers at the office itself are all right and very helpful, even if you don't speak Czech.The delivery department could really work on actually delivering the packages

During waiting I felt like Im back into USSR waiting to buy milk or bread. Thank you Ceska Posta for bringing me straight into the 90s, your service is better than any virtual reality. At one moment I thought that I travelled in time and will have to go through Soviet Dissolution again, but no, another day my turn came and I was back into 2019.

Had very great experience at this post today. Queue was moving really fast. Employees speak Czech only, but if you use google translator they are really willing to help. I send documents, that dhl would take 1,600 czk for 220 czk. Not sure why only bad reviews for this branch lately. I would recommend using this branch.

Inefficient, super slow. I had to wait for more than an hour to post a parcel. It took 30mins for my number to be called after the person before me was served. Unbelievably slow service! If I could, I would rate them ZERO star!

The person that received my letter was absolutely rude with me, not willing to communicate and even cursed since he could not understand an adress or a simple instruction, I took his name as I could not believe such bad behavior, so Mr Petr Zaplatil hope you improve your manners!!!

Workers don't speak English. When you trying to explain a problem they are refusing you aggressively saying that you are in Czech Republic and you must speak Czech. When you are asking to speak to the manager or some English speaking person, they saying that they are a manager. I spent there 30 minutes arguing with one lady that was saying extremely xenophobic things, and refusing to cooperate, only because she faced unknown type of id. I'm glad she finnaly stoped to scream at me and saying nationalist slurs, and asked a guy behind her back. After few seconds of dialog i finally received my letter. Hope they will force theirs employers to learn English or not to be so ignorant.

Super rude attendant who REFUSED to help. I was trying to communicate using Google translate (they are at EU, but don't know English?!) to send a letter to my family. He sent me away, didn't even attend me. Never had such a bad experience.

Super unfriendly female operator to send return packages. Was not even helpful at all! Only spoke Czech and brush you away as though you are a bother. I had better experience in another post office with lady who doesn’t speaks Czech but tried to help.
