It’s good overall, especially for its price, but often they have problems. Once I was traveling but train from Vienna. They cancelled the train after 3 hours of telling it will be late, but thankfully back then they changed the ticket for free. Now I bought a ticket from Prague to Vienna and back online, but didn’t get the ticket itself. Called them, they told me that they have a problem that’s why it’s impossible to buy tickets online and that my money will be returned tomorrow.

Comfortable and efficient. A great way to travel from Prague to Cesky Krumlov. Based on the return trip I took I would use them to visit other locations.

The chairs were leather and comfortable at a relax coach no 5 from Prague to Budapest on 9 June 2023 , but the AC was out of order all the way long and there was no window curtain to protect from the sun

Night train to Rijeka from Bratislava was late, the complimentary breakfast service was not served to our carriage and when I asked about it finally - one steward per 3 wagons is totally unacceptable for the amount of people - I was told that for the rest of the way there is not even coffee nor tea (which should be served for free during the whole way) because they put everything in the part that left for Split.The stuff was nice, however, it doesn't not provide for the missing services included in the ticket price.

It’s okay, the bus was a bit late but that’s all. Toilets were the standard, nothing more, nothing less. My major complain is with the coffe/chocolate machine, it’s probably the most disgusting hot chocolate machine I’ve tasted, it was very watered down and just in general didn’t taste like hot chocolate at all, didn’t even try the coffee, didn’t feel like getting sick on the bus. Also the wifi doesn’t work sometimes.

Great service ! I took the bus. Seats are confortable and you have access to a USB port. Hot drinks like hot chocolate is free on board and you can buy other products. On the train, there is a complimentary water bottle and the possibility to buy other goods is also available.

The worst train company I have ever met, not only the train was delayed for 2 hours 40 minutes. Trying to find out what to do with my next train that I missed because of delay at the Informational Point or office of international tickets or Regiojet office could say only we don’t know. But at the office of international office the employee was extremely rude, started screaming and for purpose started to speak Czech language to argue so I would not understand (before he perfectly spoke English with me).

I dont live in Europe and this was the best bus service I experienced. Very polite and helpful people, USB entry on every seat, newspaper available and they sell coffee and snacks on the road. One time there was traffic on the road and they apologized for the 20min delay
