Just read this what one girl wrote about them few days ago:Hello guys,I had a very bad experience yesterday at Sanatorium sv. Anny, I would like to share it with you so you can avoid such ordeals for future,I was scheduled on emergency basis for gastroscopy for something that looks like ulcer (best case scenario). The appointment was for 1.30 pm and I was not supposed to eat and drink anything for 8 hours.They asked me to fill in some papers then I waited there until 3 pm until they finally called for me.I was a complete wreck, not because of hunger or thirst but because I had been dealing with excruciating stomach pain.They finally asked me in, undress, lay down on a side and they started to prepare some spray for my nose.In the same room there was another patient waiting on a chair for the same procedure, looking at me. (!?!?!) I felt like in a post war hospital, really. And this is supposed to be a private clinic.I stopped them and said, Wait

Maybe it's normal here not to use anaesthetic when sticking tubes up someone's bum but honestly, I feel deceived. I arrived all trusting and was swept into the examination room. No warning and the next minute nurses were sticking tubes in me and holding me down while I did my best not to scream in agony. It was quick but traumatic. I have VZP but I'll pay extra for some form of pain relief when having fairly large objects inserted into rather narrow passages. Not that they seemed to care. This was a while back and maybe things have improved but I haven't had the courage to go back after the first encounter.

Nikdy víc. V 11 objednání na kolonoskopii, po dvou hodinách čekání se slušně zeptáte dr., co vyšel, jak to vypadá..ten vás odbyde, že měl samé delší zákroky. Po další půlhodině jdete dovnitř, dr.má řeči typu-byla jste na mě nepříjemná, já si na vás teď vezmu pořádně tupou jehlu atd.. Když zjistí, že máte žíly naprd a podaří se mu vás napotřetí napíchnout, po pěti minutách vám sdělí, že máte nedostatecne vycistene střevo a nechá vás další hodinu v kabince čekat a pak vás pošle domů s tím, že máte přijít znovu. Takže výsledek:čtyři hodiny na této klinice a předchozí trápení v podobě hladovky a přípravy úplně zbytečné. Po přečtení některých recenzí zde, je to možná lepší. Podle tohoto dr.byla kolonoskopie naprosto nezbytná, podle jiného, kterého jsem navštívila po měsíci, naprosto zbytečná.

The communication via email and with the front desk ladies was good, they are nice and polite. The appointment per se was very bad. I was scheduled for a sonogram, and had to wait 40 minutes past the appointment time, then the exam took 5 minutes, the physician didn't ask anything about the reason I was there, and even took the order I gave him (from my GP) as if he had never seen something like that before.He told me I had nothing* to worry about, even though I had some pain during the exam (being this pain the reason for me to be there), so go and pay. I had to insist to get some answers while he was being condescending and laughing on my face.I don't know if for other physicians the story is different, but will never recommend to see Martin Kucbel.*The only abnormal thing he saw, he commented but didn't put on the report, as I noticed later, when I sent it to my GP.

Na teto klinice mohu hodnotit pozitivne pouze sestricky. Jinak velka hruza! Byla jsem objednana na kolonoskopii na 13hod. a na radu jsem prisla v 15.10hod. Vysetreni velmi bolestive. Chtela jsem to ukoncit, ale pani doktorka pokracovala. V cekarne jsem v bolestech sedela 2 hodiny a chtelo se mi zvracet. Jeste 2 dny po vykonu mam problemy. Kdyz jsem na stejnem vykonu byla ve FN Vinohrady, tak jsem vubec nic necitila a kdyby to bylo mozne,tak jsem mohla hned odejit domu jak jsem byla v pohode. Zustane mi ny Sv.Annu opravdu nepekna vzpominka!

Had appointment with the doctor after operation to make sure everything is alright. First they changed the date, then called me when I was on my way to tell that the appointment was canceled and doctor will be able to check me ONLY in completely different hospital and I have to come there any Tuesday (email from Anna). After spending 3 hours in emergency at that other hospital (coz they told me appointment is not needed) I figured that my doctor is there every Thursday, so they said I can come in a month to see her. So basically I was not checked after operation, canceled work 2 times, spend my time for nothing. the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care much about it. Therefore I would recommend to find another clinic with more professional attitude.PS the nurse and doctor who was making operation were nice and caring.

DANGEROUS! One star is too generous. Due to a procedure I received here, I spent one week in the ICU after receiving emergency surgery and three blood transfusions. Dr. Popislova performed a rubber band ligation without prescribing the necessary pre-op medications which led to me almost bleeding to death. I would highly recommend avoiding this institution on behalf of myself and the three surgical proctologists I have consulted since my experience.

Moc děkuju dvěma vlídným sestřičkám dnes na přijmu/na recepci. Sestra která mě u vstupu vyzvedla a připravila mě na kolonoskopii byla bohužel přesný opak. Apatická, vůbec se nepokoušela mi toto vyšetření jakkoliv zpříjemnit. Když jsem ležela již na lůžku, dávala mi kanylu a injekci s analgatiky, načež jsem ji řekla :Tyjo
