I hired Tereza to sell my flat at a new built in Heřmanice.she was very honest and transparent from the beginning and explained me the whole process.We have set the flat price, dates for creating a presentation for my flat and went ahead. We ended up selling it for more than I have imagined.there were some processes I didn’t understand fully, so I am glad I had a reliable estate agent to go along withme through it, all the way until when I handed the flat over to the new owners.
