I visited this place out of a sense of morbid curiosity due to the poor reviews, and I agree with them. You can select the shoes you want in the screens provided, but there is no queue number, so the shopkeepers need to watch you as you select your shoes. The shopkeepers also speak limited English, adding to my confusion.There are limited shoe sizes as well, so the choices are more limited than the online store.One of the panels was slow, and I switched to a different panel.Having the online store available in the physical store is great in theory, but it isn’t working in practice.

AMAZING! Probably one of the only in Prague to offer A CHOICE of shoes in my size. The prices were excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. The fact I can sit on a couch in a mall and order shoes to try on that are brought directly to you....GENIUS!

I waited 25 minutes for my order and then they bring me the ruined shoes and tell me to reorder on the tablet. I waited another 10 minutes nervous, while the rest of the staff discusses that he does not care if the customer will complain.

It’s a brilliant concept.Instead of manually picking the shoes and waiting on staff to check sizes, goto one of the 25+ kiosks, sit filter your size, brand and others.They had some very good offers, was impressed to find and buy converse class lo optical white at approx $43 - wow!The wait can be approx 10-15 mins as they are busy.Recommended..!

Very lazy and slow moving staff. It was about 5-6of them in the last hour before closing. There were 3 customers seating and the staff didn’t know where to bring shoes , really?? Only one girl with blue hair helped me and assist me in a nice way.

I waited 44 minutes to receive goods without success, and then told an assistant I wasn't able to wait any longer and had to go. She was rude. This company has a big problem with logistics. If Siko has a target time of 3 minutes to get goods in the hands of customers from their warehouse, it means it is possible to do much better. I could see other people waiting getting more and more nervous. Something is very wrong with the system .

Ignorant and lazy staff. They rather chat between themselves and be on their mobile phones than helping customers when asked for help. Diabolical service and the shoes I went for were not in stock.
