The attention was kind and efficient. The staff provided guidance in English, which was really helpful since I'm still learning Czech. I recommend schedulling an appointment first (as I did).Great experience overall.

This vet continues to provide excellent healthcare to all of our animals. Prices are fair and they speak very good English. My cat suddenly went blind, they diagnosed and treated him right away and he has recovered much of his eyesight back. Their diagnostic capabilities are top of the line and they are very good with animals. 100 stars :)))

Great Clinic. Every single person of the staff is super sweet and kind with the animals. The service is very nice as well, you can even show up at anytime without arranging an appointment in advance if there is a emergency. The staff speaks English.

Amazing staff, very friendly and specialists even for the small pets. I am visiting with my Bunny. Plus international, so my boyfriend doesn't have any problems speaking English with them meanwhile I speak czech

I am very very happy that i found them.. you can instantly see that they are animal lovers.. amazing service with the smile and emphatic.. professional approach and really nice and lovely ordinace.. absolutely my favorite so far in Prague and i think i will stick to them.. very polite and servile.. they will help your pet with the smile.. the prices are reasonable..

EDIT: If you travel anywhere in the EU or to nearby places like Turkey, make sure to get a pet passport. No matter what anyone tells you, the airlines require it if youre going almost anywhere. Take it from us: We had to miss our flights because we didn't have it.We needed a travel certificate for our terrible monster. The English speaking vet took us with almost no notice and our appointment was right on time. The place was very easy to get to in a nice neighborhood and we were out of there with great care in 20 minutes - for 400 kc. Wonderful!
