Seriously Alza?You sent the product with a scar like this?Very disappointed as this will be a Christmas gift and Alza can’t even make a good quality control and keep the quality good. The goods was sent with bubble envelope, so there’s no way the scar came from the delivery.Very very disappointed

I purchased a macbook pro and it stopped working withinf few days. The alza service people told me that I have to wait for one month if I want to get the supoort. YOU GET A THIRD GRADE SUPPORT FROM THEM. BETTER BUY FROM APPLE STORE.

Amazingly laid-back, very cool office atmosphere. If you have a desire to work in an office (for some strange reason) you want to work here.

We are very dissapointed in how Alza has handled our return of a broken laptopt. We bought a Lenovo laptop for our company business and within 8 days the monitor of the laptop has completely stopped working. We brought it to Alza Holesovice expecting an immediate swap for a new one - but the experience was overall horrible. The tech guy receiving our equipment was so rude and not trying to be helpful at all, he told us that they will have to send this to servis and they will determine the next steps. We were so dismayed that we decided to opt out for returned money rathr than doing any more business with Alze. This happened on August 6th, it's been 10 days and we still don't have any news regarding the laptop. Alza - what the hell.

Kind people, fast delivery. Showroom is another plus. Design inside is wonderful.

If you have only a bit if time and you seek something like electronics, hardware and so on, you can get it there. You can order it online and get it delivered into any Alza shop. But, to be honest, CZC is much better. Better prices and better service.
