Beautiful bus station. Amazing ceiling and stained glass window. Good coffee shop inside. Toilets available inside. Lovely place.

It is a beautiful old building. Go up to the Dome and have a coffee and cakes on the cafe there. Beautiful murals on the walls. Down below is chaos. This station is far too busy with tourists coming and going, trying to find information. We went to the local trains"

Very confusing and the information booth is on the lowest floor which makes it hard to access. Once you finally find the booth the workers are extremely short with you and have no patience to help even though this is the only place to ask questions. I would recommend taking the bus out of Floenc station. It is more intuitive and easier to navigate without having to ask anyone else for help since they don’t want to help you anyway. Now that I have completed my journey I would like to add that the bus genuinely is more effective option as the cost is cheaper the seats are more comfortable and the WiFi actually works on the bus. Skip this station altogether.

Take care about the waiting taxis. They all seem to overcharge by at least 100%!!

I came to Prague for the first time. We arrived on the Flixbus, at night. It's good that the flixbus stop is near the train station. But I was very surprised that the station practically does not work at night. Although trains in the Czech Republic do not run at night, there is a bus station nearby. The seats could be made more comfortable. Some booths with drinks could also work. At the station there were the same night tourists as we were. I really liked the historic train station. Very nice modern building. But in the new station, which is two floors below, it is difficult to navigate. All inscriptions are in Czech. For a place where there are a lot of tourists, it would be possible to dub it in English. All Czech zyk can not know. Thank you for being promptly served at the box office and speaking English. But the train tickets were issued without seat numbers, although this train has numbered seats. There were many such passengers without seats. Impressions from the station were not very good.
