PRIMAVERA Hotel & Congress centre Plzen

I've spent few weeks here for job and I intend to choose this hotel every time I come here. Rooms are quite big and very clean. The personnel is polite, maybe sometimes their English is poor but they will do everything to make you feel good.As for the food I must say I was very satisfied...you must try the pancakes.

We had a late check in as we decided last minute to do the overnight stop due to the traffic/weather situation on route.Check in very helpful.Room very good.Bed very good.Restaurant/bar open till 22.00hrs got a Gulasch soup and a drink.Breakfast was oh la la could have been better.

Unexpectedly great view at the back (some rooms, restaurant, terrace) and very good restaurant. Only 15min (by bus) outside Pilsen city center, with a large parking lot. Somewhat outdated furniture, but in good condition, perfect wifi, clean rooms and very nice service staff.

Great hotel, very lovely staff. Got to meet some amazing people (band Follow the Cipher") from the nearby metal festival on a complete whim. Very comfy rooms

Nice hotel, short on room tea/coffee, otherwise clean and tidy. Good food, waiters superb and great views of the countryside.

Orderd three hotels in Tjech republic with an AC and this was the cheapest one and the only one where the AC was working. The room was a little bit outdated but that was charming. After all a great hotel wurth booking!!!!!

I have nothing special against nor nothing special to be excited about. Rooms were big and clean, staff was nice but the ladies in the restaurant could be more friendly. In the other hand, one waiter there (I guess Lukas?) was great. His smile, bright mood and professional attitude were exceptional.Location of the hotel is good, not that far to the city and quite close to a shopping center. As a summary, I can say normal hotel". Definitely not a bad choice."

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was close to the city center and they helped me to get the bus tickets. The girls in the reception are really friendly and helpful. The only reason why I don't give 5* its because the restaurant service was a little caotic during the full week, I can understand that there was a conference or two in that moment but I consider since they are themselves a conference center they should be more prepared. But apart from this everything was perfect.

After travelling all night we decided that we'll ask for a room at Primavera hotel only because it was in close proximity to friends of ours. The receptionist was quite annoyed because we had no booking. I think her name was Veronica. We arrived on Mon 16th Sep after lunch and simply asked for a room for two for one night. First answer was that the hotel was fully booked. We could see that the car park was empty and there were rooms available online. The last thing we wanted was an argument. So we thought we'll look for a room online and the location was important to us.Before we even made a step we were offered a room. The thought of a bed convinced us and we agreed to take it.The room itself had some issues too. The fridge wasn't working and the sky window did not close. The weather was kind to us so it didn't matter that much except for the fact that getting in and out of bed one had to mind some strings and levers from the malfanctioning window mechanism.I wouldn't recomend the Primavera hotel I think that the quality of service that is offered is overpriced.

I stayed one night without reservation and they put me in a room in the underground floor, it looked strange the way to reach the room but inside everything was fine and spacious. Little old style but that is not hindering the experience, breakfast had everything a normal breakfast has to has without too much extravaganza and the ladies at the reception were very helpful.
