Rude personal just because i forgot about antigen test, the hostess started to critiseze me that i had enough time. I know i had, but i work a lot and i expect when coming to a massage to get some understanding and flexibility. Not another woman to give me lectures. Very disappointed ☹️

☆0 even not 1Not recommended!!!!!Don’t go there, waste money and time!!Unskilled therapist and impolite receptionist are there.Therapist doesn’t know how to make customers relaxing and doesn’t have any skills.I have never had so bad massages in my life.1. 60mins course, 20mins passed I asked to change the therapist.Because not good skill. I couldn’t relax any.2. Unavailable any other therapist3. She was asking continue or finish4. I was asking I can get some money back( because I got only 20mins massage and face mask)5. She left the room more than 15 mins6. When she came back suddenly She said i will take off your face mask and finish.7. I asked it means I can get some money back? I actually didn’t say NO!!8. She said I’m just therapists, so I don’t know about money9. Reception Mr. Tomaš said YOU SAID NO, so that’s why we finished massage.He is arrogant and bossy, he made customer uncomfortable.I will write email to them to complain, but anyway they will ignore it.Again, don’t recommend Salon Elite!!!

The most beautiful massage after a long day, the team is very cooperative, The place is clean with beautiful details.

The last time they see me.I’ve had some good massages there which is why I kept going back, despite communication being poor and making a reservation a mission. But this time it was the cherry on top of the cake.I had to chase them for two weeks to book a massage. I had a voucher from Slevomat to which they first replied that they are booked until Easter and that I should give them availability after June 6th. I say the voucher expires on June 6 and I need to book earlier to which I get no response. I email again just that I want a reservation and they responded quickly; once I shared the code, again no reply for days. I go to the salon to make the reservation face to face and surprise: they have a slot available right now. Instead of 70 minutes that was written on the voucher it was 45-50’ max. The voucher included extra head massage, oxygen therapy, mask and buckwheat pillow. None of that was offered and it was barely a massage, more a kneading process. Horrible experience. You will never see me again!

I was a regular customer who spent money on massage almost once in 2wks. But today, my massage experience was the worst ever. I simply go to massage to relax my muscles and mind, but today was gaining more stress during the whole time of massage and had to worry if i will get more muscle pain after all.The customer service was also bad that there was no other solution to make the customer happy. Maybe because i was foreigner and seems not to care when they had lots of local customers in line.You should cross your finger to have the right therapist if you go here otherwise, you will experience the worst ever.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They push you to buy voucher, with lovely face and when you need to cancel it once they push you to immediately change for another date , even you told them you don’t know the date and you will inform them. They push you to change for whatever date , which you can not change anymore. They are not helpful either flexible with their customers. The massage were good, nothing special , but we got used for the massages ladies and we liked it. Although we bought massages more often they did not care about us a customer I called them 3 day in advance we can not come and they just told us , the massage will be no show. Horrible guys, I don’t recommend this salon, the worst attitude I have ever experienced.

I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead, showed up for my appointment and the receptionist insists that my reservation is for different time. Instead of trying to solve the situation and offer me different time or date she kept giggling. The worst experience ever. I had a voucher so they can not refund it. I lost the money and don’t have a new appointment. Beware!!

In general, it's a bad experience, we tried to call the shop several times to make the reservation, we are foreigner and they told you they will call you back in 15 minutes because they don't speak English, but they didn't call back, and when we called again , a guy who spoke in Czech hang up the phone several times, and when we called them and spoke a bit in Czech that we sent the email, they said ok but just ignored the email for few days. In the end we had to ask put local friend to help to make a reservation. The day I went there, it's supposed to be a 60min massage, but the clock is 5 minutes faster in the massage room, the masseuse sneezed few times during the massage and went out a lot when she tried to prepare the stuff, there's a moment I was waiting there like 5 minutes and then she finished exactly on the hour, but the clock was faster! I wondering if this is normal that the whole massage is at least 15mintues less.... And what surprised me more, is when they try to sell you the voucher after the massage, they can speak good English. After all, the massage skill is alright, but I wont recommend this place.

Very relaxing lymphatic oil massage. They have a proper massage bed where I can comfortably lay on my stomach and it's not some futon on the floor. Masseuse was accommodating to the pressure tolerance, focused on my lower back, and allowed me to fully relax. The hour flew by so fast!

Tried to purchase voucher from their website. My card was charged but the voucher was not delivered. Called and no one picked up. I walked to the business and I see tons of people inside. Looking at the transaction of voucher reception tells me they are on holiday for 3 days?? Excuse me? What about these people here? I see so many people inside...??? Asked for a refund and I am told I don't know. I will email you..." its been 8 hours and no email no call."
