First time using their service and the experience was absolutely amazing.I needed to have a batch of business cards printed with my own design, since I needed to print some samples first I had to go to the shop in person. From choosing the paper to printing the sample, the staff helped me with everything efficiently and professionally, sometimes even with things they did not have to do but they went the extra mile. I was completely blown away by the quality of printed sample, so I placed the order on the spot.During the pick-up, I requested to have one edge further trimmed by 1 mm and the staff had it done within a minute. My business cards turned out beautifully, the communication with the staff (who all speak English) was friendly and efficient, and overall I’m just glad I don’t have to try out other companies anymore. I’ll use their service again in the future.

Given shop is making money on everything. I needed to print a single page certificate in a carton. Minimum price for such print is 199 Kč. Afterwards I printed it on a simple paper, which costs 15 Kč and they charged me 23 in the end for “minutes, which I’ve spend in computer”. It is a rip off for a person, which would like to print several colour papers. Do not recommend, only in urgent cases when there is no print shops around.

I posted a new pick up window during Corona. U can pay by card or cash. BTW they ain't gonna charge u 78czk just for 1 page or doc. Don't be confused when u are order it online.

The self-service is very complicated now for a non-Czech person--keyboard is in Czech (could not even type the @ in the email address when logging in, and could not even search for the at symbol" on the google search because I did not know where "y" is

For a copy, It is at the main entrance of Tesco Hypermarket in the Novy Smichov Centrum a self-service automate is waiting for you and does a better job.You don't speak czech language or your are an elderly person:Forget the time when you just clicked once to get your copy.The assistants will not help you and if so, it will be done as slow as possible to over-charge their skills" the price is based on time spend in front of the "computer"."

Very bad experience - OverpricingI was charged 1,49 czkfor one sided pages and 4,46 czk for double-sided pages (4,46 for each side!!!).The employees couldn’t explain why I was charged like that.Their pricing policy makes no sense at all!
