The NeggativeWe booked this place in advance for 2 people 6 nights with 3 meals a day it was 14K in czk money around $700. We have been told that procedures we can buy after we arrive and we will have Ski pass and acces to pool every day. None of it was true(((((( Massages and procedures were sold out so we got 2x Massages and 2x mineral bath. Pool we had to complain and we got 2 day pass the rest we payed.....No Ski pass all denied!!!!! So the best to communicate is over email not verbally because you have no proof who says what..... The hotel we stayed was old but clean I felt I'm in psychiatrist hospital)))))))) all walls white,floor squeaking linoleum......and connecting roadways between hotels and surrounded buildings have seen much better days,stairs outside are dangerous!!!!! Bring hiking shoes is a MustTHE PLUS......Location is just stunning and beautiful surroundings many places to Hike...THE PLUS PLUS....The food was just Top and beer in Spa main building was just #1 ......... So before you go do mail communication that is mine advice to you.....
