I was here last week and I loved it! Everything was nice and clean. Excellent customer service. The staff were professional and thorough. Looks like these photos were taken a long time ago. I will definitely come back again and recommend this spa.

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday. This was actually my first time at a spa so I don't really have anything to compare it to but all I have to say is YES!!! My girlfriend and I got full body couples massages. We loved it so much we stayed longer for foot massages. Im a truck driver and absolutely needed this massage. Everyone was attentive and nice. The environment was calm. Everyone wore masks. I felt safe. My body feels amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. I feel like a feather and the price was right. Thank you so much I'm definitely coming back here before the month is over.

Use the saunarium. The place is a rip off. We booked 60mins treatment which listed turkish steam bath, ice shower amongst what was included and most importantly the jacuzzi which was no more than 20degrees si impossible to ise. We were told the steam bath and others where not included and the jacuzzi is “refrwshing” as per the terms and conditions. When we showed them the screen shot of services we took when we booked the procedure they said they have updated their website and showed us different duration, prices and services. Basically, a scam.

Stay far away from this place. Me and my friends made a reservation that we then cancelled by sending an email and was then acknowledged through a phone call where we got the option for a refund or a voucher. Over a month later they still have not refunded my 10 000 czk and refuses to answer me. THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS ACTOR

Not a good experience.The therapy room didn’t smell good and the head rest smelled bad enough for me to have to lay sideways.The therapeutic massage was a ripoff. they charged me extra promising the massage therapist is a doctor that will focus on problem areas I have. Turned out she spoke zero English and didn’t understand a word I said. she proceeded to give me a regular massage.When I raised this with the receptionist demanding a refund for the extra money paid for the ‘therapeutic’ massage, she got on a call with the owner/manager for 10 mins and the result was that the therapist is a doctor and difference would not be returned.stay away from this tourist trap rubbish and save your money

We took the SAUNARIUM and in the website it is listed as a hot cold saunas and jacuzzi for an hour. We got there and they walked us into a room that is quite dark you barley see anything. All the rooms inside werw cold! Even the jacuzzi. The only hot thing was the 70/90 saunas, The Humam want working (the excuse was that they didn't have massages thia day there so it was cold), the steam sauna was smelly and cold, the jacuzzi(!) was COLD! (when we complained they said it was a relaxing jacuzzi for aftef the saunas for a hot cold experience, we could get in past our knees because of the cold.) So we didn't have fun, it was disappointing and not as advertised. After a cold day outside we expected a hot spa to have in for an hour and insted just wanted to get out as fast as we could.The staff was nice and we got another bottle of champagne but it was overall not a good experience especially for that price.

Bloody awesome experience! We thought it was too expensive but we had the whole thing for our bachelor-party and enjoied every second of it. Heaps of beer and champagne included. Awesome staff and heaps of fun. It has been way better that expected!
