We were a group of 8 people celebrating birthday with sauna and whirlpool booked for 2 hours. It was such an amazing experience. The whirlpool was perfectly heated and clean. The sauna was spotless, perfectly matching with the weather(-2 and snow). Prosecco and a jug of water with lemon was prepared on our arrival. On the website mentioned that only towel and sheet is provided, however we got bathrobes and slippers too, which was amazing and thank you for that :)The only minor problem what we found uncomfortable is the dressing room. It's so small, nowhere to put your stuff meanwhile changing and you had to share it with the guys too. But as I understood they are doing refurbishment and extending the dressing room, so should be better in the future :)I Highly recommend Sauna Smíchov!

The sauna cabin is awesome, but the problem is that the connex services are bad, the man bathroom didnt have where to put the robe or the towel, the shower didnt have hot water and the worst was that i asked for 2 hour services but i didnt have my watch or any clock close and the lockers are quite far from the cabins so i needed to guess the hour and i was out of the cabin minutes after the 2 hours and after showering and getting dress it was less than 30 mins and they charged for 1 hour, so you need to take your watch to dont get over charged and you need to be at recepction before the time you have asked.
