Good company to work at.

Неплохая компания, но множество внутренних проблем, ограничений, противоречий. Отсутствует целостная культура, не хватает профессионализма. Сотрудники молодые и позитивные. Бонусы были, но быстро пропадают. В начале 2016 много коллег уволили.

Velmi příjemné pracovní prostředí s fajn kolegy i pracovním zaměřením. Moderní prostředí a spoustu výhod pro zaměstnance. Nějaké mouchy se najdou, ale celkově dobré místo kde pracovat. Přemýšlíte-li tedy zda vyzkoušet práci zde, rozhodně není důvod váhat ;-)

I work in the WebDev team for around 2 months now and I'm really satisfied. I have a great and smart team and a very cool and smart manager. I really feel like there is respect and trust between colleagues and that's very important for me. I really enjoy working here and on top of that there are lots of benefits. Everything is great so far. Also there is VR, ping pong, pool table.I can say that I'm lucky that I work here and also Brno is a very beautiful city!

Pros: Money is good. There are a few good and competent people to learn from. Reasonably good location. Flexible hours to some degree but this is now a standard so this can hardly be a benefit.Cons:Snitching on your colleagues is a must (it's called regular one-on-one).Absolutely horrible open space from hell. Noise. No privacy. (at least) 60 people in one room.Billion of distractions and then everybody is surprised things aren't to be delivered on time.Toxic culture I've never seen in any other company. Very childish, very incompetent (especially higher management) and then you are required to work extra hours because managers never listen to more competent subordinates.There is never time to fix any technical debt and then everybody is panicking that things don't work as expected despite being a billion times reminded where is the cause of problems and how to solve it. No there is no time yet there is always time for useless meetings and other stupid activities.You must always be positive at all cost and no matter how valid your criticism of anything is it is considered to be negative energy" and a reason to be fired or at least reminded that you shall never do it again.Criticism is banned an punished despite official policy "values" honesty and claims to be open."
