Superb service!They have a great, smooth and fast service that I highly recommend.Everyone was so kind even speaking english, as they all speak in czech (naturally). Prices are bit higher but definitely worth it.Thank you so much!

Barber said it was normal. the owner refused to return the money. I do not recommend to anyone!

Nice, yet a bit expensive place to have your hair done ... I suspect that the barbers actually don't like their job. Enthusiasm and care is missing...

I think communication (English) could be better. Sadly not a constant quality. I had three times a haircut here, with one I was happy, second time so so, last time it was just bad. Most important thing: they did not listen to my request so I ended up with a way too short haircut. Also their reaction on my disappointment was not professional. So I will not return.

They don’t accept autistic clients with challenging behavior. Disappointed.Edit: When I asked the staff whether they would serve autistic boy with specific behaviour challenges, the girl at the counter said very clear NO to me (and she added that he must hold still and to not scream - yes, that is exactly what you can expect from someone with autism). There was no discussion, or actual interest to understand client´s needs, it was plain refusal. I find your reaction ridiculous. Educate your staff.

Great service. My go to barbershop. Highly recommended, especially Maruška!

Cuts are fine, nothing special. Started going here a year or so ago but it's going down hill. Today, despite being an early morning booking, started 30mins later then the reservation. Despite being member of their program am paying full price and for the second time running cards not accepted. Apparently if I want to pay by card i have to send them an email saying i want to pay more, and if there are enough of us they'll raise the prices and reinstate the card terminal! LOL! When unable to pay by card, can't use my rb discount either despite the big sticker on the front window! Don't think the hairpoint who has the same owner had a sign saying their card is not working, but could be wrong. Unfortunately will be looking for a new barber in a month or so, the service, old school mentality about card payments and inconvenience is not worth it.

Tried to go like five times. Now I entered, the place was completely empty with 3 ladies from the staff having a chat behind the counter. After standing there for around a minute getting ignored, I finally could ask if they could cut my hair. But silly me, they are fully booked with imaginary clients until the end of the day.

Maruška speaks English and my son loved his cut!

It was a very pleasant and premium experience. Despite me not knowing what I want my hair to look like, they consulted and explained everything with me. Totally recommend going there. It was a bit expensive tho.
