The staff was very nice and professional, especially the ladies at the reception. Explained everything that we needed to know kindly.The rooms and the whole hotel is beautiful. I especially liked the swimming pool, which wasn't even that busy in the Saturday evening.Parking was no problem, we stopped right in front of the hotel to unload our bags, had lunch first and then moved the car to the dedicated hotel parking afterwards. The lady at the reception explained in great detail where is the parking spot and how to get there.We had the room from Komfort category. TV, minibar, Wi-fi and hairdryer available. Nice and clean bathroom with comfortable bathtub.

Friendly staff, tasty bufet breakfast and dinners. Improved sauna room. The greatest location. Everything was just perfect.

Very nice place. The food, drinks and service on the terrace is excellent. Don't forget to take a swim in the lake uptown!

The spa area of the place is fantastic!. The view from the pool is nice, I love the roof window and the look at the nice building from inside. The service is nice and polite and the price is also worth if every crown!

Classic czech style building and excellent spa facilities.
