Pytloun Design Self Check-in Hotel

Dear Pytloun managers, this was the worst hotel experience.- no receptionist at reception desk at all- no human contact at arival- tablet electronic check in that got stuck during check-in- phone contact for possible problems didnt work, the receptionist at Imperial refused me because she had to deal with imperial hotel visitors first- whole checkin took me 1 hour, we had to wait for another visitor to be done at check -in, they suffered with electronic check-in as well.Please dont cheat us with your poor hotel service . Hotel isn't worth 80EUR/night

The hotel is well equipped and clean.The staff is extremely helpful and flexible. They speak excellent English.Whatever unusual idea I came up with, they responded to it with openness and creativity.

We stayed here for a weekend. Because this hotel is completely self-checkin, you have to use the tablet application on the desk, but we had troubles getting the room key to work. Fortunately the manager was kind and helped us promptly.Rooms are okay. Not great, but okay. Bathroom is pretty small though.Breakfast is pretty good, great selection of all types of food. There are even complimentary sweets on the desk for guests each evening.And the best part for all EV owners - there are two complimentary chargers on the parking lot, which is a great benefit. This will definitely make me going back next time we are in Liberec.

Hotel really does not look nice and tidy from outside (I live nearby). Its success coming from japanese and sushi nature" which is already past. Reputation of Pytloun itself is also not good in Liberec. Location can be OK and convenient for some one but there are so many better places in Liberec to stay in. Lot of gypsies and another wierd individuals around make your stay unforgettable;)If you love sushi

Fabulous experience!!! We decided to choose this hotel for our two day stay in Liberec. The reviews were very positive soo is ours - amazing price, comfy and flexible self check-in, card room entry, clean rooms with mini bar, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, cosmetic mirror, shower, etc... Nice and peaceful garden at the back of the hotel, free parking lot, delicious breakfast with fresh bakery, self coffee and tea maker & various kinds of eatables even at late hours of breakfast time. Kind and helpful staff was present in the morning. What is another perfect thing - possibility of a late check-out at 12pm.!!! which is not really common for many hotels. The hotel is situated in a calm area of the city and is a bit far from the center but if you have a car, there is nothing to worry about... We will definitely come back in the future, Thankyou for wonderful experience! P.S.: The sweet teddy bear PYTLOUNEK on the bed was really such a cute welcoming into our room and made our stay in your hotel even brighter... :-) And yeah, just one thing - (we couldnt find the room number after check-in & had to search for it online :-( which could be difficult for people who doesn't have data in their phones soo this is something what should be improved, else it has 4* well deserved & I definitely recommend!!! Go for it! :-)

Honestly a very nice hotel. The room was modern, comfortable and quiet. The receptionist was extremely nice, polite and helpful. I would go there again. The breakfast was ok, somewhat small but there was everything for a good breakfast.

The staff was super helpful and polite ,before our arrival we got the answers to all our questions by email , breakfast is always delicious ,includes various types of meals , rooms are clean and cozy, once you are near the hotel you can enjoy spectacular view of the mountains nearby. Amazing place to stay!

Very good hotel n clean, discipline n well staff, hotel service are good n one thing I should appreciate staff very friendly and helpful people's, everyone speak English otherwise I would've tough time to manage because many people doesn't know English...overall appreciate Hotel n moreover very safe place...I suggest people to prepar this kind of hotels....

What was good:- Nice and clean hotel;- Quiet neighbourhood;- Hotel staff really nice and helpfull;- Good price for room;What wasn't so good:- Room was really to small (including the bathroom);- The rooms are not sound-proof (you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and the hall way).- The hotel restaurant only serves Thay and Japanese food (no diversification); also the menu is only in czech language (no menu available in english);

Good and clean hotel. Only con we’re some of the foods of the breakfast. Otherwise nice, cosy and calm hotel. Recommending that you have car, since it’s a little bit far from the city centre.
