Absolutely fantastic service. The kindest gentleman. Couldn’t do anymore to help. Two great e-bikes and a dog trailer. Even messaged us maps of routes to try. Very reasonable price too. Cash only.Even though he spoke German and Czech he still communicated brilliantly using translate in English. 100% recommended.He even suggested a local restaurant to eat (which was also amazing) 5 stars!!!

Thank you Milan for the amazing service, our bike had a flat tire and after trying to fix it ourselves, Milan came to the rescue. After that we had an amazing riding experience, really good bikes and amazing nature to see. Would recommend and even do again if I come back.

Rent-your-e-bike was incredibly helpful in renting to me and my friends on our interrailing trip. Not only did the owner bring the bikes to our BnB, but he also gave us a great deal. I’d recommend this rental service to anyone looking to see a lot more of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park at much more ease!

Bikes were good. Communication was good (only german of czech) and nature was great! We went cycling on a very sunny warm day, which was actually perfect. Most of the cycling was in the much cooler forest, and riding the bikes gave us a cooling breeze. Great experience!

We turned up out of the blue and the owner couldn’t have done more to help us! He only speaks Czech and German but google translate helped us communicated. Fantastic service, great bikes! Just make sure you leave enough battery to get back as this place is on the top of a hill!!I’d recommend this and if I am ever in the area again I will be returning.

Příjemný přístup a jednání. Na kolech se nám šlapalo Českým Švýcarskem moc fajn. Kola jsme využili v rámci dvoudenniho teambuildingu!

Von vorne bis hinten ein toller Ausflug. Wir konnten uns problemlos 2 eMountainbikes ausleihen, dazu gab es ein Reparaturkit, jeweils einen Helm, Fahrradschlösser und eine kurze Einweisung in die Technik. Der Herr vor Ort konnte gut deutsch und war auch super freundlich. Eine Kaution brauchten wir nicht hinterlegen, da wir mit dem PKW angereist waren und dies vor Ort abparkten. Per WhatsApp wurde uns sogar noch eine Routenempfehlung geschickt, die wir auch direkt ausprobiert haben. Eine tolle Tour durch die sächsisch-böhmische Schweiz die wir jedem nur empfehlen können.
