You have to pay commission for renting a flat but if you don´t speak Czech you will not have to worry about the language. Any problems have been solved uncomplicated. Recommended.

Been a client since my first year of studies and they were quintessential to my non-academic success, acting as the bridge over the language barrier with land-lords and government officials. They've helped me a lot on plenty of different things and I felt like I could rely on their friendly and kind staff, at the very least for a nice chat to brighten up the day.

Extremely unprofessional. Always unavailable. Very unhelpful.They always try and will find a way to steal your money. How this works: you will pay your monthly rent (they always want CASH (very strange they don’t let you pay by bank unless you arrange with landlord RARELY) even halfway through the pandemic they were asking me to come down to the office to pay by CASH in PERSON. You will pay a deposit and a ‘service fee’ but be careful every time you ask for a service you have to PAY. Their job is to liaise with the landlord which they claimed didn’t speak English for 2 years until I met him and surprisingly he did and was super nice and respectful man not like the person they said at all. Dealing with them was more challenging than medical school.After I moved out they took my entire deposit and tried to charge me on top of it, and I have learnt from the new tenant that what they charged me for was neither repaired nor replaced.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND *forStudents* because they are NOT just a company, in fact they give you MORE than that - they give you a helping hand that provides security, peace of mind and they take away a lot of the hassle of moving and settling into a new place.They have a wealth of experience and today offer many services that take the stress out of student life - especially in a foreign country where I couldn’t speak the language!They are people and they really CARE about making the student experience a brilliant one because that’s what they did for ME!Thank you so much!

Forstudents has always been taking care of students with dedication and care. They are always reliable and prompt in their service. I highly recommend that all the students use their services.

I would highly recommend against this agency. It’s quite ironic they’re called forstudents when students are not their priority at all. All they care about is money; they’ll try to charge you for everything and impose ridiculous fees for services that should definitely be for free. If you want a better agency for these services, go for “Foreigners”.
