I cancel Internet from Vodafone I return modem to store as was instructed. How surprising I got invoice to pay for next month I am not using Internet anymore. Of course no-one to answer or reply my calls or emails...just bills to pay when I don't use servise?

They took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak Czech to get me to sign up for a post paid service when I asked for a prepaid service. I never even knew I had a postpaid contract until they cancelled the phone line for not paying a monthly fee I had never heard of and had never agreed to pay. I don’t know if the other operators are better but my experience with Vodafone CZ was no more than fraud.Vodafone CZ if you are reading this, your internal review system is broken, while I gave the staff a 5 star review when I left the store, this is because I didn’t yet know they had deceived me.

One of Worst customer service I ever experienced. Came here to buy a Sim card while I am in the country and girl was so unpleasant, on every question she answered with yes or no with 0 effort to actually try to help and assist the customer. At the end she even roll eyes on my question. Definitely would not recommend to anyone to use this miserable service.

VODAFONE CANT YOU SEE THE CUSTOMERS REVIEWS?!!!! THIS BRANCH IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS !! The staff are very rude and they act like they are doing me a favour!!! I live in Truhlarska next to this branch so its like 2 minutes walking, and the customer service was not only bad once or twice! It was disgusting and getting worse every time I go! This is actually disgusting so instead of walking 2 minutes now to pay my bills every month Id rather go to the other branch which is 15 minutes away!!!! DISGUSTING YOU REALLY NEED TO TAKE AN ACTION WITH ALLLLLLL THE STAFF THAT WORKS THERE

Great sales and service. I've bought two SIM cards here and each time received great service with no wait. I don't love the prices but that is not the fault of the representatives at this booth. They were great both times.

Appalling customer service, didn't even bother to take earphones out to have a conversation. Most unhelpful and rude. Won't be going back.

Let me tell you, Martina, that if your service was top notch impressive people will take the time to write good things too.My internet was cut for not paying a fee for a reminder, after being couple of days late with the payment. Fair enough, my bad.I went to the store to try to fix it asap especially as we are working from home. I was told that if I pay the fee in the store, internet connection will be back. This after I had already shown proof of payment in my mobile banking, so I was asked I pay again physically for the same fee. And if I pay the bill for next month too they will reinstate in 3-4h and if I pay an extra 50kc it will be in few minutes. The guy came with an amount that sounded very high and I asked him to break it down, just so I understand what I am paying for, in a non complaining way. He started rolling eyes and mumbling words as If how dare I ask. Let me tell your dear assistant it is your jobs to answer customer queries. I have eventually paid full amount and from the promise that internet will be back in few minutes, it is not activated even after 3h. I will write a complaint to European customer rights and also to management on LinkedIn because we have to stop protecting this scam companies and their bad service, taking advantage of people! It is the principle that matters! Start bombarding managers on LinkedIn, let’s see if they will really not do anything.

Friendly staff, didn't wait so long. I bought a travel SIM card which gave me 10 GB for 7 days but no calls or text messages for $22-23. All of my calls and messages happened on WhatsApp so I liked the package.If you're coming from the US, for prepaid SIM cards, the rate is $35/week but at&t doesn't cover Czech. Just letting y'all know.

One of the best customer experiences that I've had in Prague. I was helped by Devon, who took the time to deep dive into the root causes of the issues I was facing. He was able to structurally resolve all the problems I had. Can recommend!

It’s probably my first time ever to give 5 stars to a Vodafone store here in Prague as my experience with previous shops was the worst but this time I’m extremely satisfied I switched my phone into e-sim easily and quickly…the man working there on Saturday 22/10 at 8 PM is super friendly and helpful I hope it always remain the same
