Very fast reaction and work. We were in terrible situation and didnt have enought time to find an appartment. But we were lucky to find Daniel, who helped us. Only a one problem was with internet, it took 2 weeks setup it.

Simona Kupčícová guided me through the whole process to rent my first apartment in Brno. She was absolutely helpful and kind. Besides, she speaks fluent English, Spanish and of course Czech. Mr. Srenk provided was a great help when finding a place to live in Brno. We're moving from a different continent, so everything had to be handled online. He was very responsive and also mindful of the time differences. I can highly recommend him as a person to help you find a place to live.

S CA MMERS!! BEWARE FOREIGNERS!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM without a Czech lawyer!!! If there would be possible, I would give zero stars. They have robbed us for 2 month we didn't live in the flat and chargwd us defects that were already in the flat, for which they overcharged 5 times the price so they wouldn't return the deposit. Absolut SCA MMERS!!! After 9 month, they increased the price of the rent with 3000 crowns - 120 euros. My advice is to NOT involve with them. Their employees are arrogant, unprofessional and their agents are faking and lying about the properties. If you must take on a flat from them, make sure that you have a Czech lawyer and take very, very detailed pictures of the flat, of everything. Search for the smallest scratch and defect and watch watch what their tech is making pictures of and what he fills in the handover form. DO NOT sign anything that you don't understand. Make sure you have a Czech lawyer who read and explained you all the documents you have to sign. FOREIGNERS BEWARE!!!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by VITOM Group. At first, it took a while to get into contact with a broker, but afterwards, the entire process went smoothly. I received a lot of help from Simona Kupčíková, and can easily recommend her to anyone trying to move to Brno. She spoke fluent English, responded to my messages quickly, and was very helpful during the flat tour.

I really thank personally Daniel Šrenk for being understandable, friendly, very communicative and helpful. It is very rare to meet people like him and helping you for everything. Totally deserves it 5 stars and if there would be more, I would give it.

I rented my flat through Vitom. After signing the contract I got support from Adriana Malá for any kind of questions with regard to the contract. She took ownership of all my questions, dealt with them with patience and sort them out without any reminders. I appreciate her support during my settlement in Brno.
