Worst delivery company in the world. Waiting over two weeks for an express delivery from Germany. After my package was delayed over two weeks and I had been calling customer service for a week, they kept telling me the package would be delivered the next day. This never happened, finally a driver picked up my package from the depo and did not notify me. I called the driver who hung up on me, later I had my girlfriend call him he told her the package would be delivered by 1130. It didn't arrive, I called customer service where they told me that the driver signaled I wasn't home!!! He did not call or text me, just brought the package to a parcel shop 5 km away. I am never using this company again. Terrible and incompetent, it is incredible DHL has associated itself with this company.

The worst of the worst of the worst. These people do not deliver your package saying that you were not there. Very funny during quarantene in Corona crisis when everybody is at home all of the time.Please do us all a favor: Close your business!

The worst delivery service in country. The parcel was delirevered to a pick up box 20km away. I've requested redirect to depo - that was a big problem for them but in the end ppl did it. I picked parcel up and payed for it. I opened parcel at home and it was ordered for my neighbour. In the box was PPL paper with his name but the sicker on the box was for me. I've sent photos to PPL and fill in claim on their web. No response week after....

Absolutely and positively the worst delivery service in Prague. Inconsistent delivery advisements, non-existent communication with delivery drivers and vague information from personal contact with customer service support.Why would any vendor such as Amazon or DHL use PPL is beyond my comprehension. Try to stay away from PPL when chosing a delivery carrier.

Worst service ever and unprofessional behaviour! Would give 0 stars if possible and should be called a company of delivery. I asked to deliver my package on Saturday when I'm home and they changed the date to Monday! Genius!!! We tried to change it for evening delivery and was not possible for my address in Prague 9! We tried email, nothing. I take holiday on the expected delivery date and they don't show up!!! It was an 18Kg package that I cannot pick up because I do not have a car when will it be delivered? Only GOD knows

Have been working with PPL for 4 years. They are the best out there!

Your regular reminder that PPL is the worst delivery service in Czechia. If your package from abroad is being delivered by PPL, give up all hope.

PPL used to not pick up or deliver parcels because the user was not home.What is their excuse now when due to Covid19 we are all staying at home?was canceled due to non-delivery" after 7 days of waiting.At least they should ring the door

I heard a lot of negative feedback from people around me so I guess I'm just fortunate my adress is handled by good courriers. Since I moved, PPL became usually my only option for deliveries and since 3 years ago I've received dozens of deliveries by PPL, mostly handled by Mr. Brazda who is always on time, communicates and delivers all parcels in pristine condition. I haven't had a single issue with PPL or their courriers. 5/5
