Guille is a great alternative coach who always has new ideas and is constantly developing his work. He is also available spontaneously and you can get appointments quickly if you are in a hurry. He has a truly holistic view of his patients.He has made me understand and put into practice that I have to change everything from my habits (food, exercise, etc.) to my emotions in order to transform myself in the long term.I am glad to have finally found someone who really helps me in the long term, I have already made a lot of progress in my life and health.
