A good home wares store with excellent restaurant. Wide selection of good quality bedding, crockery, lighting, bathrooms etc. Especially fabric and curtains materials. Some of the usual showy tat which I treat as more for fun, but it is on my first choice list of outlets for value.

First visit. Food at the restaurant were tasty. I enjoyed my chicken salad and my son enjoyed his burger. Of course I ate some of his fries without him knowing it. Liked the house decorative section. Nice wall paintings too. Often no one around to make inquiries.

Great customer experience as usually! I recieved an email that my wardrobe is ready to pick up at this specific address. When I arrived I’ve been told I need to go to some other storage which wasn’t previously mentioned in the email and is about 15min away. After I arrived to this other storage in Nupaky some arrogant storage-keeper just told me they are closed for today and I need to come some other day.

Today we bought several items from XXXLutz and got supported by the shop assistant Alex (young colleaque of Xxxlutz) he was speaking english and was very much supportive. Answered all of our questions with patience. We had a very positive experience thanks to him. I wish all colleaques of xxxlutz are friendly and welcoming like Alex.

You call your customer, you confirm that the bed customer ordered has finally arrived and agree on a delivery date. On the agreed delivery date, customer waits half a day at home, looking forward to the delivery of the bed. No show from XXXLutz. Customer calls. XXXLutz suddenly has no records of the agreed delivery date and tells the customer to wait another week. Result: disappointment, good use case for losing customers. Fingers crossed for a happy ending.

Very bad experience! They promised a delivery in two weeks… 5 weeks later and nothing has been delivered yet.As soon as they have your money, they don’t care anymore. We ordered a bed and other things for an upcoming baby. We will probably have no bed when the baby will be born. The people at xxxlutz are liars and smooth sales people.

Positive- Good quality & good selection on many items. Only buy if they have stock for immediate pickup.Negative - Ordered sofa mid August and they still can't update us on when it will arrive. Ordered desk 1 week ago and no update on delivery date. Do not order online.
