If you can, avoid this place and go to Krč (Thomayerova nemocnice) instead. They refused to treat my brother, who was in pain because tooth was growing under another tooth, told him that it isn't a case for imminent treatment and sent us away. His face was swollen and the doc just didn't care. Terrible.

I had an emergency on a Sunday and I saw Dr. Bergerova; she was great, she was efficient and really helped me. Both of the nurses were very kind and competent as well. I'm so happy I went here when I needed it.

Visiting Prague last September I had my 8th tooth aching so I have to visit the Emergency Dental. I have to admit I was shocked!I was sitting next to a female doctor's cabinet and was terrified by cries and yells of her patients. After seeing those poor girls with red and blue swollen faces, red eyes I started feeling myself even worse. Is it possible to have such a treatment! I have never seen or heard people crying at dentist!I decided to go to another doctor. He was kind and his patients didn't cry. Unfortunately he didn't do anything to ease my ache. Advising taking some painkillers and visiting the clinics again if the ache would become worse. The painkillers didn't help and the tooth did get worse.In 2 days with unbearable ache I was treated in another clinics. The doctors helped me. I went under antibiotics treatment and now feel myself better. I was advised to remove the tooth.Perhaps the doctors in Emergency Dental do their jobs and help some people, but even now, a month later, I sometimes have nightmares of the clinic.

I was a bit shocked to see approx. 80yo lady to work as a doctor there. She said point your finger to the tooth you have a problem with". I did. She said "you are pointing to 2 teeth". Doh!? My fingers are too big or my teeth too small. I generally did not like her attitude. They did not treat me in the end

Very nice and professional doctors - Ms. Skodova and Ms. Jiranova. I went there with an emergency on the weekend and they helped very fast. Thank you!

I tried to speak to the lady on the phone, in order to make an appointment for an emergency. She was extremely mean when she heard Cheque was hard for me and not helpful at all...Being human to people doesn't kill.

Today I went to this clinic because I had acute pain in my wisdom tooth. Honestly, I was a little scared after reading all the bad reviews, but once I arrived to the clinic I was so pleasantly surprised! The doctor was kind, gentile, he informed me about his every step, and he spoke fluently English! All the rest of the staff were smiling, they were very kind and welcoming! Throughout the procedure I received anesthesia, so I didn't feel any pain and now when the anesthesia passed, the pain is gone. I highly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart!

I arrived to the place around 06:30am Sunday. After signing the registration paper in 2 minutes the doctor saw me straight away. No one was on the queue. I had some issues during the night with my teeth. They didn't speak English though, at least I went with my friend who knew a bit of Czech. To be Czech services, it was good experience. I would have rated 5stars if they would have their service in English.

I came on a Sunday afternoon after two days of absolute agony. My previous dentist had put a filling over an inflammation (I learned this from another dentist later).The dentist at Spalena was an old blond woman. DO NOT GO TO HER, ask for a different doctor.She was clearly annoyed. She asked me Where does it hurt?"

All you need is your insurance card (I use VZP) your ID card and 90 czk to be accepted. Don't expect them to speak english so take with you some czech speaker as I did. It took me less than one hour to left, they were very fast and nice. They try to solve all my question and understood my fears but it was just emergency visit to let me be able to pass the night and go to doctor next day so dont expect miracles. Totally recomended.
