The postman throws the pickup notifications into random boxes all the time. I'm in a building where people rent flats, far from all the boxes are being used at all, sometimra they are not checked for very long time, hence, no chance to the the notification on time. In the tracking service the parcels are then marked addressee is not at home"

What’s even the point for Ceska posta to exist if they never deliver to the door?And perfect working hours when the message that the package is back to post arrives 15 minutes before closing, after you waited whole day at home and nobody called. A disgrace for EU post!

This is the weirdest Post office I've ever experienced working withI am waiting for a letter, the status in Tracking system says Could not be delivered today.No one called, ringed a bell, both me and wife are at home.I check the mailbox, instead of a letter I see a paper with request to come and take letter from the office.

A terrible post office - try to avoid this place. There are always queues and few workers during this time. Also I need to mention that this place looks absolutely terrible and dirty!

Never-ending wait. Nightmare. Usually more than 20 people waiting in the queue before you, and an hour long wait is quite typical here. Not enough staff.
