I have never had any issues with the medical doctors in agel, but today was one of the terrible experience in my life. I visited dr. Cerna to check my nose. I used to visit her before. She was quite friendly for foreigners, but not for today. The conversation started so bad when I said Ms. Cerna, she mentioned that she is not Ms, she is Ms. Dc, wow next level to being rude. I remember that she does not like to speak in english, so I used google translate to explain her in czech and she asked me if I can explain her without phone. I mentioned to her that she asked me to speak with her in czech language and she said that my czech language is terrible. After that she was so angry that I do not remember what type of spray I use for my nose. And when i could not explain her in czech all my problems with nose and asked her can I explain in english she told me pay 100 KC in cash than she will speak with me in english. I thought she is joking, but she was serious. I never had a terrible experience with the doctors. But today I understood that medical service in CZ is terrible. People are racist, they do not care who you are. They have a mental problem. We live in 21st century and divide people by their skin, nationality and ethnicity is stupid. All the foreigners giving 1* reviews to a clinic because staff doesn't speak English is plain and simple ridiculousness! I never went to a French or Italian clinic expecting them to speak Czech! These are doctors, not ESL teachers!I went here for a scan, was met by a lovely assistance who took me in exactly at the time I was made an apointment for, no trouble at all.

Been visiting since 2019. Good place, most of the staff speak English. But if you go to labratory just go off w what Czech ladies say. Do not be a hero.*Also, a great location to hang out right after your treatment. 4 STARS!

The service is awful. This is supposed to be a clinic dealing with sick patients, but they treat people in such a disrespectful way. Specially at the x-ray department. Yelling at sick/injured patients for asking questions? Absolutely awful

I was also very surprised reading those negative reviews. Great place with nice and friendly staff, willing and able to help whenever it´s possible. Not easy to plan a month lasting rehabilitations, yet the nurse was trying her best to find dates that would be ideal for me even they are pretty busy all the time.

I went to the gynecology and received a terrible treatment. I felt terrible side effects of the antibiotics and tried to reach back the doctor. Nobody has ever picked a phone and when I came back to ask for another treatment the doctor was very annoyed and rude saying I’m not the first one to complain about the antibiotics. Very cold and rude treatment of their patients. I will never be back

First class professional treatment - test results are practically immediate. A lot of the staff can speak English. Also they have a flexible attitude to appointment times and have a good sense of humour. I look forward to going there for my regular check ups.

I have always had great experience and service at the clinic. But now they charge a fee of 300 kc for foreigners to have an appointment in English. Even I have VZP insurance, it may be better to seek services from another clinic.
