FertilityPort Prague

Thankful to Dr. Vleck, Miluse and Pavla for our wonderful experience. I am on my 12 weeks of pregnancy and just grateful for the treatment and care we received from Fertility Port. Dr. Vleck understood our case, after several fails prior and advised on the best treatment. Miluse, our coordinator has just been very patient, kind and efficient. The clinic itself was very clean and quiet, conducive to treatment. Location also was in the centre of prague which is convenient. Will forever be grateful to Fertility Port and the team.

Asked several times nicely to be refunded as I can no longer travel abroad for treatment. They've had 4k of my money for several years to honour and hold in place a special offer (which is no longer available to me either) and been earning interest off my money....that's fine but sadly cannot travel as I'm now a full time carer, Covid changed a lot of things and now need to seek treatment at home even if it costs more, but I do need my funds back. Suddenly no reply! So disappointed as by all accounts this clinic was supposed to be wonderful ☹️EDIT: Had a refund but it took a while and didn't get replies sometimes which adds to the fear and stress of not seeing your money again, so their response sweeps several things under the carpet. I was going to delete my review once i had the refund and the opportunity to do so but after the response I think it gets to stay. Need to improve customer service.

We had a very good experience with fertility port. Before we decided for a treatment at this clinic we contacted and even visited a few others, but the communication, response speed and clarity regarding procedures and costs at Fertility Port was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctor was honest and professional, and we succeeded at the first transfer. Our coordinator changed during the treatment and I was a bit concerned if it won't affect the communication, but the transition went smooth and unproblematic for us. Currently, I am in 28th week of pregnancy and two good quality embryos are still waiting for us in Prague.The clinic being located in the picturesque Prague is another bonus.

Me and my husband had been trying to get pregnant for 14 years. We live in the UK so did IVF on the NHS which didn't work. We wanted to try one last time private and heard of this clinic in Prague. We talked it over and decided to give it a try. The staff where very helpful and friendly and talked us through everything. I had given up hope of ever having a child. But the treatment worked and my son is 6 weeks old today . They helped make my dream come true and I couldn't recommend them enough. If I decide to have another child I will definitely be going back to this clinic they are wonderful.

I went to fertility port for my 6th round of IVF, and this was the most positive experience I had at any clinic, by a long shot! Dr Vlcek took time to explain every thing thoroughly to us, and empowered us to make our own decisions. Pavla was a very loving and organized coordinator, I only have good things to say about this place! The whole experience of traveling across the world to do IVF was actually quite seamless, cant recommend enough!

We were so lucky that we found this clinic which helped us to fulfill our dream to get closer to becoming parents. After years of infertility struggles and trying IVF in the U. K., we are now currently pregnant with twins. We cannot give enough thanks to dr Vlcek and all the ivf team for looking after us and providing us with quality personalised care. Thanks very much.

Though it has been a long journey, I can happily say my mom who is in is in her mid 40s pregnant thanks to the help of FertilityPort Prague!

I ve tried my luck hoping that i have choosen the Best Ivf clinic, with good price for embryo transfer instead to do it in my country where i can get compensate from my goverment. I received a very profesional service and very polite personel. Unfortunately on the 14 th day which was on 5th July i did my Blood test with very Low HCG result, but i couldn't reach anyone from the clinic in order to advise me what to do, ti carry on the medicines or not. Until today on the 9th of July nobody contacted me unless the liaison officer Who forwarded my results to the fertility team. I am Just feel disappointed maybe am over emotional because of the hormones. I didn't have anyone to advice me what to do next, to do the test again after 48 hrs or not. Since i was healthy what could possible when wrong. And i Just give up everything. Thank you for the experience.

The team at Fertility Port have been really helpful and supportive along this journey. As an international patient I highly recommend them for IVF.
