The worst client service ever seen... not even interested in my problems with my bike. Not interest at all... really pity...

Totally horrible experience, you've had it a few times. The store looks like a professional cyclo center that offers services, sales and customer support. The only thing they are capable of is selling what they have inside. We bought two bikes, both for more than 160k Czech / 7000 usd. Waiting for service for months. It's high season, summer, opening time from 11am! Today I visited with a cracked spoke on my S-Works for 12k usd, apparently it is a consumer product and without warranty, but I still don't have the spokes, bought in a few months. Spokes! Completely incompetent staff, complete reluctance, inflexibility, excuses, I don't understand at all how they can be in the market! The problem with the spokes was solved the same day at SBCR Radotin, immediately, without a problem. Cyklo69 was a legend 20 years ago, today it is a disaster and an example of how not to do business. I recommend the visit as a sign to my own staff that if they treat customers like this, they will be out of a job. If you can, choose other places where you will experience not only your bike, but also the entire process of purchase and service in the years to come. Come on, today we can choose.

Excellent service and attention. I buy a bicycle in your establishment. And the service received and preparation of the bicycle is excellent. A great team of people who work there. They are authentic professionals.

Today I visited this bikeshop. The salesman was helpful, spoke English and offer me and my gf brand new bikes off the shelf to take for test ride. Other visitor also took test rides. I think this is how bike shop should be with its customers. I will be buying from them 2 new bikes. Thank you.

(18/02/19) I came to Service of Cyklo 69 with simple question. I asked them about fixing bearings (2 pieces, that I already bouht and bring them. Just put it in frame). For this 5 minutes work we charge you near of 100 +- 50kč." - as told me Sale man. Then
