Therapist Eliska is super caring, skilled, and knowledgeable magician when it comes to feet - kindly and very thoroughly performs medical type pedicure and complex care even in my complicated case, even excited for a challenge :) I have never received such professional and kind care before, making me feel very comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. Totally recommend her & the institute.

I went here because I read all the positive reviews. I injured my big toenail on vacation and I wanted to do a prosthetic nail - just to keep the nail protected from injuries. So nothing serious. I have a routine where I use virgin coconut oil on all my nails to keep them healthy and nice, so after shower I applied coconut oil as always and went to Hilarion. I travelled for 20mins there with my car, arrived 10mins earlier, filled in the form and entered the office. So far so good. But then the lady came to do my nail and once she started she told me that she can’t do the prosthetic because there is oil on my nail. Whaaaat?!? Why was I not warned to keep the nail dry and without any products that contain oil? I’m not an expert, and this is my first time in life to do prosthetic nail. How am I supposed to know what is needed?!? When you go to the doctor, before any procedure you get a list of things you have to do and list of things you shouldn’t do. The receptionist asked me: “Didn’t we send you instructions in the confirmation email?” I’m attaching the email - it is focused on the fact that they will charge me if I cancel after the deadline and how to get there!So the receptionst told me that she will need to charge me the minimum sum because I blocked their time and they can’t have anyone else to compensate. I asked who will pay my time - the time that I spent getting there, being there and going back, my petrol, but there was no response expect “I have to charge you”. It wasn’t a huge charge (only 327 czk), but it doesn’t matter. It’s the principle that matters. It could’ve been 1 CZK and it would still be wrong to charge me because they are not professional enough to give patients full information before patient visits! They asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I refused because I will not teach their managers how to do their job and I refused to waste any more time at this place.Please, if you decide to go here - ask for instructions before you visit! Otherwise, you will also waste your time and will have to go somewhere else - just like me.To be clear - I am not speaking about the expertise in nail treatments because I didn’t have a chance to experience their expertise. I am speaking about the lack of professionalism in terms of customer service and the attitude: “I’ll get the money from you no matter what”. I hope they will spend those pathetic 327czk nicely and that 327 CZK was worth loosing a high paying customer like me. All the best!

Amazing Institut. Very professional and caring, always wanting to help. I had an emergency with my nails and now I am in treatment with them. All the products and techniques they use are the most modern and very assertive. Definitely the best in Prague.

They cut my nails perfectly and also took care of my hard skin on my feet, for which I am very grateful. They really are professionals. However, I had a voucher for 60 minutes of nail treatment on their machine, application of a scrub and a pleasant massage". But here's where I got discouraged

Very professional, careful, understanding and really patient! For somebody like me, who has been suffering through pain since childhood, this speaks volumes! Everybody were very polite, very patient with my fears and questions. I am so happy that I found a place like this in Prague!

Have had several appointments here in the last few months after coming in with ingrown toenails. Tatiana has done a great job at clearing up the infection and ensuring the nails are grow correctly in the long term. Highly recommended if you're dealing with any toenail problems!

Tatiana is amazing! My toe was swollen and have difficulty walking walking. She fixed it right away, my nail was generating pressure and was quite painfulI also recommend the pedicure, its better to get iit done by a pro than in a salon

Petra is very professional, she speaks English (there is even a specific number for English speaking for the appointments !), she gives good advices and she is very nice. It's a pleasure to see her, I definitely recommend her!
