Never ever!! Very poor service no communication definitely not in time!!! Avoid it if you could!!! The parcel should have been delivered on Fri instead of it arrived on Mon - without any explanation. Not only that the driver didn t answer my text massage, but he also didn t call me back after my calls!!! After horrible experience with it I ll not use the company IN TIME anymore!!!

I am awaiting a package from Amazon via this kuryr and not only did they not contact me, but the updates on my package states I chose my preferred location in Ricany and I live in Prague. Now it is sitting in the warehouse for one week!

NEVER AGAIN!!! The worst courier service I've ever used. They mistaken the address and are unable to deliver the shipment on time. If I want the shipment today (after a week they have it!), I have pick it up at their depot.

Everytime I order from amazon.de , intime.cz handles their packages and I never receive them at home. They come, ring once, leave super quickly! Our home has 2 floors. We need time to go downstairs and pickup the phone. Incompetent service. 3 orders so far and not even once I received it at home, always having to go to the post office and pick it up myself. Such a waste of time.

I tried many courier services and many of them somehow disappointed me. It's all the same here. The courier does not want to do his job, calling himself not a courier" and explaining to me that for the delivery to the apartment you need to pay extra money. All the time

Never choose this delivery company. They are not able to handle basic delivery services. Didn’t deliver my package despite the fact, we’ve discussed it three times on the phone, then five times via email. Not able to choose deliver time, not able to manage a pick-up point.Can’t compare it to Česká pošta, PPL, DPD or UPS, where they do 100% to satisfy customers.

Horrible delivery service .parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday morning after ordering it from mall.cz(paid extra 100czk to make sure It would be delivered on that time )no communication whatsoever neither by calling them nor via email . avoid it at any cost .

Still waiting three weeks for my package from Germany. Keep in mind if you buy something from Germany it is sent by Hermes we don't have Hermes in the Czech Republic so from Hermes its handed over to In time. We have called them repeatedly if you are not Czech it will be difficult get a Czech speaker. Website is not in English. There is no number to track down your package. The number given to you from Hermes stops working once your package gets handed over to In time. Then you have to write to their Email and wait. I'm still waiting lets see what happens. You get what you pay for. I paid only 20 Euros to send an item that weighs 10 kilos from Germany that is way cheap....They have had my nr. but still I have not received a call. Just waiting impatiently its not nice. I paid 300 Euros for my item plus the measly shipping

Terrible delivery services and honestly I don't think that Amazon should continue using them. I paid extra to have a package delivered by Wednesday. I was at home whole day, no package has arrived, nobody contacted but in the evening, I have received email that the driver didn't find me at home! Next day, in the morning, I have received a text message, that my package will be delivered between 8 and 11. As I had other plans I have called the driver if he can drop it in the afternoon. He couldn't. He has agreed to bring it to pick up place close to my home after two. I went there after four. The shop assistant was very upset about the company (last week the driver was sick, so they stopped delivering altogether!) but went to search if my package is there. It wasn't. I called the driver again. I was told that the shop assistant wasn't there, so he couldn't leave my package there and will call me next day in the morning when he will deliver it. The shop assistant confirmed that he wasn't there, but told me that the driver left the packages in the shoe shop next door, except for my package! The next day at ten I called the driver about the package, I was told he doesn't have it and I should call the company. I did. First I was told that it is with the driver, then they told me to come and pick it up on a depo which is like two hours from where I live to finally tell me that they don't have any idea where is my package because it is lost!

The worst delivery company in Prague. Avoid them as much as possible. They are lame, their support is rude. Every eshop using their services is putting their name in stake.
