This is the right place in the pictures, the 1 star reviews don't reflect very well and were definitely all from people who got scammed at a different fake location.

Trying to send money and couldnt becose they more trust scammers and suport tham than normal honnest people..and fee they take is nothing else but SCAM

Absolute thieves! I exchanged money, asked right away a refund with the money and the receipt still in my hands a minute after the transaction and they declined. There is a hidden commission of 28%, handed them 500 €, they gave me back Czech crowns worth of 350!!

Don't change your money here...28% commission fee!!!...what a shame

Doesn't abide by what is written on money orders. Is not a helpful place. If you need a money order do not come here, you will not receive your money.

As others reported they take 30% for changing. Total ripp off and scam.

Be very careful when dealing with them. They take large commission plus their rate is very law. So i strongly recommend to avoid them and go to a bank or some offices which do't take any commission and their rate is better

I could pick up my money safely! The store staff spoke English and the deal was smooth, very kind and nice!

I've read the reviews here and mind you, the owners did reply to them all and each of the reviews have the same problem. They didn't go to this money exchange office. These guys genuinely gave me the exact rate that is offered by Western Union on the exact piece of paper that the sender sent me a copy of. The same exact amount was given to me down to the very last crown. They are honest and true unlike the other stores on the main Street in Namesti Republicky. I highly recommend them if you are receiving money by Western Union or are going to exchange, in my case with Euros they are offering the same value as banks do, which is absolutely amazing!These guys have a lot of bad rep because people visited stores near them thinking it's them, and that's very very sad. If you don't believe me, go give them a visit and you'll see for yourself just as I have today :)
