Rather enjoyable light and spacy modern art exhibition. It is situated in ex garden and hobby wares detailem which makes visitors often wonder what is retalers heritage and what is a modern art piece. Quite interesting interplays arise...

So I arrived to Plato after solving the mystery how to cross the road properly. Take the right side of the road towards the bridge and pass below the bridge to reach the gate. There was an exhibition and a bazaar of clothing that afternoon, both good and, there is a café / bar, and a library, and a bookstore. Nice place to spend some time.

Great atmosphere, spacy showrooms, friendly to kids, dogs, all visitors. I felt so much welcomed. Everything is toucheable or interactive, you can move there freely without fear something will be broken. I love that place exactly because of that open minded feelings which is this place bringing to me. Perfect for unformal meetings with friends or if you have active kid.

The best place of contemporary art in Ostrava and in an absolutely unique venue of a former hobbymarket. Not expensive to enter. Also good for just sitting in the library and working on a laptop.
