Went to pick up stamps for visa, the lady at the counter could not speak english but managed to explain what I wanted. Almost no waiting time at all, and finished everything in less than 5 mins.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, walked in, employee yelling so loudly in Czech, no idea what’s going on. All employees are looking at me, I tried to say I don’t speak Czech(whilst this woman is still yelling) at one of the other employees, he asks if I’m after post stamps. I say yes, he advises me to go to the store to the left of the store. I go to the store, it’s locked, but there are employees inside, they don’t even acknowledge me at the door. I left with no stamps.Summary - worst post office in Prague. Avoid at all cost.

Iveta hankova is priceless. I tried to pick up a letter but the address on the letter had a spelling mistake. Instead of Neil Anderson it said Neil Andersen. All the other data was correct. She asked me if I knew the sender, which I didn’t. So it couldn’t have been for me. I’m going home now to find out where mr Andersen is hiding !

Ticket machine with a language selection. Quick service in the morning with English speaking staff. Super easy and pleasant experience.

the crappiest post office ever. reserve yourself at least one hour to get your stuff processed. 6 available office desks but only 1-2 actually open. every time it is a disappointing experience. avoid visiting this one if you have a choice...

It's the branch I live closest. Tough luck I have to say. They are understaffed, incredibly slow at every transaction you have to do there. I have never encountered such a bad service in this country They are rude. Their attitude is atrocious. The whole experience is horrible. I hate going there. I wish I didn't. The only good thing it is that now it has plenty where to wait for their awful service.

maybe i was lucky with the timing (around noon), but it was very nice, very fast and very pleasant :) there is kind of a space inside to tie your dog.
